★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone fixo e quando atende não pode informar nada , poderia ser mas acessíveis pois nesse momento de pandemia precisamos de suporte, e desligam o telefone sem dar posição alguma acho uma falta de ética.
He does not answer the landline and when he does he cannot inform anything, it could be more accessible because in this pandemic moment we need support, and they hang up the phone without giving any position, I think it is unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase não tem fila. Bom atendimento.Os funcionários são super educados. Só não ganha 4 estrelas por falta de um estacionamento. Quis alugar um terreno ao lado e não demonstraram interesse. Mas é um ótimo banco. Recomendo.
There is almost no queue. Good service. Staff are super polite. You just don't get 4 stars for lack of parking. I wanted to rent land next door and showed no interest. But it is a great bank. I recommend.
