Sai de outra cidade direto do trabalho para resolver uma questão no banco e não me atenderam pq disseram que o atendimento encerra as 14h. Infelizmente fiquei sem meu atendimento!!!
I arrived at 2:15 pm and had already closed the service, I questioned saying that on the website the time is until 3:00 pm.
I left another city straight from work to resolve an issue at the bank and they didn't see me because they said that the service closes at 2 pm. Unfortunately I was left without my assistance!!!
