★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, sexta feira dia 04/02/2022 infelizmente comi a pior feijoada da minha vida, além de ser caro, 38 reais , individual, não acompanha bisteca, farofa de mercado, pouca carne, e no cardápio estava 28 reais, e na hora que fui pagar a moça que atende, disse que era 38,00 nesse referido dia, e não tinha visto, em fim, infelizmente deixou a desejar !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido, na quarta feira dia 16.03, antes das 12, depois de 1:30 de espera e duas ligacoes, nada do pedido, pegaram meu telefone para retorno e nada de retorno. Pedido foi entregue as 14horas, gelado, tentei ligar umas 20x para reclamar e nada de me atenderem, mandei msg no whatsapp, no insta e nada de resposta, nenhum pedido de desculpa, tao pouco uma satisfacao.
Viram minhas msgs no whatsapp, dm do insta, apagaram minha msg no insta a qual eu pedia satisfacao e nada de retorno. Pessimo atendimento e descaso com o cliente
I placed an order, on Wednesday 16.03, before 12 noon, after 1:30 of waiting and two calls, no order, they took my phone to return and nothing returned. Order was delivered at 2 pm, cold, I tried to call about 20 times to complain and nothing was answered, I sent a message on whatsapp, on insta and no response, no apology, not even a satisfaction.
They saw my messages on whatsapp, dm on insta, deleted my message on insta which I asked for satisfaction and nothing returned. Bad customer service and carelessness

Gastrobar-style bar, with cracking beer, great caipirinhas, best feijoada I've ever tried in my life, it's worth a visit. EASY RECOMMEND!!!
I RECOMMEND THE FEIJOADA, PICANHA, CEVICHE, ABILIO CAKE AND RIB RICE ARE DIVINE :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom….. só não vou dar 5 estrelas porque: sempre comprei a feijoada do Abílio no delivery. A feijoada dele é maravilhosa! Leve, gostosa enfim tudo de bom . Fui para prestigiar o local que ele abriu. Acredito que como ele é muito forte no delivery para quem vai comer pessoalmente tem que criar algum mecanismo ali para o atendimento presencial. Feijoada vem bem servida, o espaço está até que bom mas o atendimento deixou a desejar e a feijoada veio fria….morninha ….. por isso que estou deixando a sugestão de melhoria no atendimento ok ?
A feijoada continua na mesma qualidade!
Well….. I just won't give it 5 stars because: I always bought Abilio's feijoada in delivery. His feijoada is wonderful! Light, tasty anyway, all the best. I went to honor the place he opened. I believe that as he is very strong in delivery, for those who are going to eat in person, he has to create some mechanism there for face-to-face service. Feijoada comes well served, the space is quite good but the service left something to be desired and the feijoada came cold….warm…..that's why I'm leaving the suggestion of improvement in the service ok?
The feijoada is still in the same quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar até que arrumadinho, mas o despreparo da garçonete é evidente, o torresmo com gosto de requentado/plástico, comida servida na mesa de morna para fria, o preço não é compatível com a qualidade servida, estava com a minha namorada e veio um prato antes do outro, ou seja, enquanto ela comia eu olhava. Em resumo, não indico, não voltarei e espero que tudo isso seja revisto. O prato é servido em uma espécie de frigideira até bonitinha, mas a mesa é muito lisa, com isso é uma briga entre você comer e segurar o recipiente que fica sambando/rodando na mesa. A energia elétrica caindo com frequência, funcionários desanimados com os problemas diversos. Percebi que a prioridade é o delivery.
Para não acharem que sou chato, vejam as minhas outras avaliações no Maps que em grande parte são altas.
The place is quite tidy, but the waitress's lack of preparation is evident, the crackling tastes like reheated/plastic, food served at the table from lukewarm to cold, the price is not compatible with the quality served, I was with my girlfriend and a dish before the other, that is, while she ate I watched. In summary, I do not recommend, I will not be returning and I hope that all this will be reviewed. The dish is served in a kind of cute frying pan, but the table is very smooth, so it's a fight between you eating and holding the container that is sambaing/rotating on the table. Electricity going out frequently, employees discouraged with the various problems. I realized that the priority is delivery.
