Bar Barraco - Vitória - ES

First of all, I would like to point out that it was not the first time that I went to the Barraco bar, I even frequented the establishment a few months ago. My friends and I were used to ordering a certain drink (creative formulation) and we had already ordered it several times, as well as snacks. Yesterday, we arrived badly received on the spot. We understand the volume of customers and order our drinks at 20:05. We ordered the same drink that we ALWAYS asked for, which had ginger foam, strawberry etc. A little later, at 20:25, we ordered a plate of mignon with gorgonzola and one of breaded shrimp. The waiter, who was already extremely confused during the order, ignored us for SEVERAL times when asked about the delay of the drinks. He just pretended not to hear us. At 20:45, the mignon dish arrived, we were all still without drinks. The dish, although good, is small, so I don't recommend it. At 21:10, after many questions and trips to the bar, TWO of the three drinks arrived (ONE HOUR LATER and still forgot a drink) and, PASMEM, it was not the drink we had ordered. There was nothing we asked for, foam, strawberries, etc. Once disgusted, we once again questioned the waiter, who blamed the bartender and the customers themselves. At 21:25, the last drink arrived, full of ice, in a different glass, completely different from the order and, worst of all, the “same” drinks. At around 9:30 pm, we asked the waiter about the shrimp ordered, as we would like to cancel. He said it was almost ready and he couldn't cancel it. Five minutes later he returned with another mignon with gorgonzola (yes, the one we had already eaten). When I explained that this request was already gone, he asked if he could not leave it there anyway. We deny it and ask for the bill. He canceled the shrimp that, after all, was not being prepared. At 9:45 pm, finally, the bill arrived. Charging an extra drink. New discussion to try to explain that there was no such consumption. Everything bothered me, from the terrible quality of the drinks to the delay in service, but nothing compares to the waiter playing "sleepy" (sorry for the term, but there is no other name for it). If the establishment makes a mistake, you have to apologize. Do not blame the client, do not pretend not to listen, do not say that we were lying. In my entire life, I have never been so poorly served. The worst is the comparison with what the establishment has been before, wonderful drinks and snacks in a pleasant and organized environment. I hated the experience and I don't recommend it to anyone. I hope I never come back.

Terrible service, 1 hour and 20min to get two drinks. Most of the attendants are rude and thinking it's normal. Would never go back and do not recommend

The drinks are good, but they don't explain about the happy hour price, leading to a mistake. It was a fixed amount for every two drinks and this was not mentioned. It was said that it was the value of the drink that was on the menu, only doubled. What made us think it was one price and it was another.

Great service, good music and relaxed atmosphere.

Good food, very good drinks, great atmosphere, well attended. Easily accessible environment, well located and easy to find. The house has exclusive drinks like "Chatuba" that are worth the experience.

Good food, I ordered a fish fillet breaded in panco served with a very good pepper jelly. Cold beer and very good service not to mention the live music.
