Primeiro cobraram 10 reais na entrada. Fiquei esperando ser atendido com a minha esposa, dois casais que chegaram depois foram atendidos. Não entendemos o motivo.
Ficamos com o braço levantado e nada de atendimento, decidimos então ir embora e pedir o dinheiro da entrada de volta, achamos justo.
A recepcionista disse que não devolviam o dinheiro, chamou alguém que parece ser o dono, que levantou nem olhou na nossa cara, sentou, e voltou a mexer no celular.
Além de não prestar o serviço, ficaram com o valor da entrada.
Atendimento lixo, se puder evitem, primeira e última vez no local.
Se apagarem o comentário faço questão de postar todos os dias.

First they charged 10 reais at the entrance. I was waiting to be served with my wife, two couples who arrived later were served. We don't understand why.
We had our arms raised and there was no service, so we decided to leave and ask for the entry money back, we thought it was fair.
The receptionist said they wouldn't return the money, called someone who seems to be the owner, who got up or looked at us, sat down, and went back to using his cell phone.
In addition to not providing the service, they kept the entrance fee.
Garbage service, if you can avoid it, first and last time on site.
If you delete the comment I make a point of posting every day.

A comida é muito boa, provei um lanche que chama New York, muito saboroso. As bebidas são bem diferentes e bem saborosas também.
O bar inteiro tem uma decoração típica, inclusive nos banheiros, muito legal.
Só precisa melhorar um pouco no atendimento quando as pessoas chegam, pois na minha experiência, quando cheguei fiquei totalmente perdida, sem saber se vinha garçom na mesa ou se tinha que ir nos balcões fazer o pedido, mas depois veio uma moça muito simpática atender e levou os cardápios.
Dica: Invistam mais em atendentes/garçons.
Resumindo: é um lugar muito legal e diferente dos padrões que temos em SP, vale a pena frequentar. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

The food is very good, I tried a snack called New York, very tasty. The drinks are very different and very tasty too.
The entire bar has a typical decor, including the bathrooms, very cool.
It just needs to improve a little in the service when people arrive, because in my experience, when I arrived I was totally lost, not knowing if there was a waiter at the table or if I had to go to the counters to order, but then a very nice girl came to answer and took the menus.
Tip: Invest more in attendants/waiters.
In short: it's a very cool place and different from the standards we have in SP, it's worth visiting. I will come back more often for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ofensa ao consumidor , o preço que está no cardápio não foi o cobrado no caixa . Solicitei falar com o gerente , a moça não teve nem como entendia de vir falar comigo. Ficava dando recado pelo garçom. Me cobrou o dobro do valor alegando que o funcionário errou ao informar os valores. Solicitei então reduzir o valor do couvert e também foi negado . Funcionarios incompetentes , sem empatia nenhuma. Não recomendo ! A choperia ao lado (vizinha) tem muito mais serviços e valores melhores .
An offense to the consumer, the price on the menu was not the one charged at the cashier. I asked to speak with the manager, the girl didn't even understand how to come talk to me. He was giving messages to the waiter. He charged me twice the amount claiming that the employee was wrong to inform the values. I then requested to reduce the cover charge and it was also denied. Incompetent employees, no empathy whatsoever. I do not recommend ! The beer hall next door (neighbor) has much more services and better values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar interessante, porém no andar superior apesar de ser fechado haviam pessoas fumando o que é proibido, pedi um frango que parecia ter sido requentado, pois além de chegar muito rápido estava com um gosto estranho e com bastante óleo, o atendimento é razoável. Não gostei muito do local.
Interesting place, however upstairs, despite being closed, there were people smoking which is prohibited, I asked for a chicken that seemed to have been reheated, because besides arriving very quickly, it had a strange taste and a lot of oil, the service is reasonable. I didn't like the place very much.

A playlist do local é composta com músicas ótimas, Hip Hop e as mais variadas vertentes do Rap, e R&B.
As bebidas que eu pedi estavam boas, apesar de vir em um visual simples, não muito atrativo.
O ambiente é maravilhoso e condiz com a proposta do bar. Conta com banheiros grandes (tem no térreo e no andar superior) e super limpos.
Apenas um problemas: estava com amigos, e em um momento tinha uma garçonete junto com um barman visivelmente falando da gente e dando risada. Tipo???? Mas como odeio problemas e discussões, e já havia lido os comentários que o lugar é cheio de funcionários truculentos, resolvi ignorar!
My experience at the place was good!
The place's playlist is composed of great songs, Hip Hop and the most varied aspects of Rap, and R&B.
The drinks I ordered were good, although it came in a simple, not very attractive look.
The atmosphere is wonderful and matches the bar's proposal. It has large bathrooms (downstairs and upstairs) and super clean.
Only one problem: I was with friends, and at one point there was a waitress along with a bartender visibly talking about us and laughing. Type???? But as I hate problems and arguments, and had already read the comments that the place is full of truculent employees, I decided to ignore it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui passar ano novo e adorei o bar! Música boa e ótimas opções de bebidas, porções e lanches. Achei um ótimo custo benefício. Só não gostei do atendimento de alguns garçons no início da noite pois estavam perdidos e anotando as opções no guardanapo e por este motivo, dois pedidos meus vieram errados. De resto, tudo ótimo!
Went for New Year's and loved the bar! Good music and great options for drinks, portions and snacks. I thought it was great value for money. I just didn't like the service of some waiters at the beginning of the night because they were lost and writing down the options on the napkin and for this reason, two of my orders came wrong. Otherwise, all great!

A wonderful experience, I loved the all black environment, the paintings had an incredible highlight due to their bright colors, very helpful and polite attendants, the food is very delicious and well made Thai, portions that satisfy the customer.
