Fiquei surpreso com esse recanto escondido no Cachoeirinha. Rua sossegada, ambiente bom, som mecânico na medida e na chegada um misto de aromas que aguçou meu paladar.
O serviço é eficiente, a cerveja gelada, cozinha aberta onde você encontra a simpática chef Lú e muito sabor.
Angu a baiana com suã de porco, carne cozida com batatas, porção de frango a passarinho, torresmo de barriga crocante frito no ponto, almôndegas e outras iguarias que representam bem a nossa rica culinária mineira. E cada dia da semana tem prato temático como dobradinha, pé de porco, caldos e etcetera.
Tudo acompanhado de uma boa cerveja gelada e uma boa carta de destilados de cana, nossa tradicional cachaça.
As sextas feiras sempre tem música ao vivo, com foco na MPB e outras gêneros de bom gosto.

I was surprised by this hidden spot in Cachoeirinha. Quiet street, good atmosphere, mechanical sound to the measure and on arrival a mix of aromas that sharpened my palate.
The service is efficient, the beer cold, the open kitchen where you find the friendly chef Lú and a lot of flavor.
Angu a baiana with pork sweat, meat cooked with potatoes, portion of chicken and bird, crackling of crispy belly fried on the spot, meatballs and other delicacies that represent our rich mining cuisine. And each day of the week has a thematic dish such as tripe, pork leg, broths and so on.
All accompanied by a good cold beer and a good list of cane distillates, our traditional cachaça.
Fridays always have live music, with a focus on MPB and other tasteful genres.
It is a hint of hidden places to discover.
