Sua locizacão é prejudicada pelo paralelo com a Avenida principal, devido ao grande ruído dos veículos que por ali circulam, o que se torna nulo aos que têm o costume de lidar com este tipo de local. Muitos gostam do lugar, por estas características, enquanto outros pela mesma razão. Suas instalações não oferecem o conforto de um local 2 ou 3 estrelas, mas sao adequadas para os seus amantes.
