Nem chegaram a nós atender, cheguei lá, e ficamos mais de meia hora na mesa e ninguém veio atender, tentamos chamar o garçom e ele só falava "1 minutinho", detalhe que estava vazio o local, só tinha duas mesas ocupadas, um dos garçons tava parado tomando água e mexendo no celular e não vinha atender, ficamos esperando por 30 minutos e desistimos, saímos de lá sem pedir nada ... Total falta de respeito, se o lugar estivesse lotado, até daria pra entender, mas estava vazio e eles nem aí para atender... Pior atendimento de Belém
Disappointed... They didn't even get to us, I got there, and we stayed at the table for more than half an hour and no one came to answer, we tried to call the waiter and he only said "1 minute", detail that the place was empty, there were only two tables busy, one of the waiters was standing still drinking water and using his cell phone and didn't come to answer it, we waited for 30 minutes and gave up, we left without asking for anything... Total lack of respect, if the place was crowded, it would even be understandable , but it was empty and they weren't even there to answer... Worst service in Belém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente não sei o que aconteceu com o atendimento do horto porque os funcionários pareciam exaustos e o atendimento péssimo. Quando chegamos ao local fomos ignorados pelos funcionários não sabíamos se tinha serviço de atendimento ou tínhamos que fazer nosso próprio café. Tivemos que procurar o cardápio no balcão. Já tinhamos frequentado o local varias vezes e fomos bem atendidos. Mas no sábado agora dia 19/03/22, recebemos um Misto quente com pão careca velho esfarelando todo. Eh sejamos claros o preço não é nada barato mas pagaria tranquila se tivesse um bom atendimento!
I really don't know what happened to the garden service because the staff seemed exhausted and the service was terrible. When we arrived at the place we were ignored by the staff, we didn't know if they had service or we had to make our own coffee. We had to look for the menu at the counter. We had been to this place several times and were well taken care of. But on Saturday, now 03/19/22, we received a hot Mix with old bald bread crumbling all over. Eh let's be clear the price is not cheap but I would pay with peace of mind if I had a good service!

O pedido da minha esposa nem sequer veio.
A cozinha uma completa bagunça, farinha espalhada por toda a bancada, pratos sujos misturados com pedidos prontos no balcão. Ao trocar a água nem um álcool no galão eles passaram.
Local caro e insalubre.

The kitchen is a complete mess, flour smeared all over the counter, dirty dishes mixed with orders ready at the counter. When changing the water, not one alcohol in the gallon they passed.
