★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro dia um rapaz nos recepcionou bem e disse que não precisáramos consumir para usar o guarda sol, mas gastamos 800 reias, íamos consumir de qualquer forma. Hoje dia 27/11, um amigo foi usar o banheiro e só porque demorou 5 minuto um rapaz loiro de barba foi extremamente mal educado, ao ponto de ofender. Fomos tentar consertar com o responsável, o mesmo disse que era gerente e seu irmão disse que era dono.
O que se dizia dono, ao Invés de tentar contornar a situação, ficou do lado do seu irmão que não sabe tratar os outros com educação, ficaram nos olhando de longe com outras pessoas quando estávamos sentados. Em seguida foi lá ameaçar de tirar a gente do local, depois retirou o guarda sol e as cadeira sem ao menos dizer nada, isso porque no dia anterior gastamos no local. Resumindo: péssimo antendimeto ao cliente, sorte que não perdemos a cabeça, a vontade era de esfolar na porrada os dois. Mas um dia a gente se encontra. Seus lixos.
 First day a guy welcomed us well and said that we didn't need to consume to use the umbrella, but we spent 800 reais, we were going to consume it anyway. Today, 11/27, a friend went to use the bathroom and just because it took 5 minutes a blond boy with a beard was extremely rude, to the point of offending. We went to try to fix it with the person in charge, he said he was the manager and his brother said he was the owner.
The owner, instead of trying to get around the situation, took the side of his brother who doesn't know how to treat others with politeness, they kept looking at us from afar with other people when we were seated. Then he went there to threaten to take us out of the place, then he removed the umbrella and the chairs without even saying anything, that's because the day before we spent at the place. In short: bad customer service, luckily we didn't lose our minds, the desire was to beat the two of them up. But one day we will meet. Your garbage.
