O cabo se partiu devido a um caminhão que passou , fui lá para resolver me deixaram esperando mais de 5 dias e não resolveram nem sequer me deram resposta . Péssimo serviço e péssimo atendimento ao cliente , não instalem porque vão ter muita dor de cabeça . I have never had such a bad experience with an internet provider like this, total neglect with the customer, I asked for the service they did the installation anyway, leaving the cables thrown down the street, exposed to all kinds of things. The cable broke due to a truck that passed, I went there to solve it, they left me waiting more than 5 days and they didn't solve it or even give me an answer. Lousy service and lousy customer service, don't install it because you're going to have a lot of headaches.
