★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is very beautiful and the drinks are definitely good (I haven't eaten the food but looks pretty good too). However, the vibe is very artificial. The waiting queue, the stupid "comanda", the way they seat the customers, staff members using walkie talkies and how you pay in the end kills the supposedly "cool" vibe.

The decor is amazing...under the theatre, with illuminated tables and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price range is very similar to other upper class bars in São Paulo. However, the service is far from being as good as other places such as Fel, Bar da Dona Onça and Frank
There are no more than 30 drink options, and some of them were unbalanced in flavor. Don't go if you don't have a reservation, the upper floor is crowded and they try to squeeze more people than the allowed according to social distancing rules. Furthermore, the food portions are very small and flavor is not impressive. The staff is insufficient for the amount of people in there, and they proved it by bringing my drink wrongly twice. I'd walk a few meters and go to Bar da Dona Onça.
P.S.: went there for lunch the other day and ordered the cheese with honey. It was smelly and the taste was very bitter, both myself and my partner didn't feel well after having it. The veggie carpaccio was by far the best thing we could have ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reeeaaaally excited about going to this place because of the pictures and comments of some friends on it but no one told me about the service there. Firstly I didn't like the fact that if you're not in a group of 5 or so you can't get a reservation so my girl and I had to wait for about 1 hour to get in, once we did the first waiter gave us a table that wasn't clean and he had a bit of an attitude so I went already felt a bit uncomfortable. Later on after we ordered food and drinks we got finger food and waited until we got napkins but after eating almost everything we had to ask the waiter for the napkins which are a basic, especially if you'll eat with your fingers, from my point of view you shouldn't have to ask for it. But later we asked for a different table to be A bit more comfortable and we got served by another server, Ana Beatriz or "Bea" as she introduced herself to us! She kind of changed our view of the place, she was kind and proactive towards our experience in the place, she gave us awesome recommendations of drinks and was super understanding of our comments, which we gave in person also, we told her that without her this review would've been a 2 stars review, but she earned the other 2 for the whole place! Honestly, this is a place I would hardly consider to go back to, but who knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all, it's a very nice place, good climate and the stuff tries to be helpful and is friendly. but, after almost three hours in the waiting area, we got squeezed in a corner for 6 people, we were 10, than a couple of things happened. the waiter didn't know how to open a bottle of champagne, I did it myself, afterwards he informed us that they don't have anymore champagne, so they just had one bottle??? the food is as ok, but cold, the atmosphere of the place is great, and we ant to come back, but I feel like there is a lack of coordination. I still recommend the location

I went to the restaurant section I guess, as I understood later there is a bar there as well, underground.
It seems it's quite a popular place and you might not get a table, maybe better to book if it's doable.
