Esqueceram de realizar nossa reserva e nos colocaram numa mesa péssima, onde batia sol. Quando questionado, o funcionário em alto e bom tom disse "aqui ninguém escolheu o lugar". Certo, só por não escolher o lugar eu preciso ficar no sol, sendo que havíamos feito reserva e o estabelecimento esqueceu? A casa estava lotada, a equipe de garçons se mostrou insuficiente para a demanda, sendo muita das vezes praticamente impossível chamar alguém para nos atender.
The lunch itself was wonderful, a vast table well served and with several options. But the service left a lot to be desired. They forgot to make our reservation and put us at a terrible table, where the sun was shining. When questioned, the official in a loud and clear voice said "nobody here chose the place". Right, just for not choosing the place I need to stay in the sun, since we had made a reservation and the establishment forgot? The house was full, the wait staff proved to be insufficient for the demand, and many times it was practically impossible to call someone to serve us.
