Well when we are positively surprised, we expect that we will always have good answers in what we are about to acquire. And I will say PIZZA WONDERFUL, tasty ingredients, hearty, warm, crispy !!!! Definitely the best in the lakes region !!! Superrrrrrrrr recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Péssimo! Fui comprar 2 pizzas para viagem me deram uma previsão de 30 min. Após o período me pediram mais 15 min. Aguardei por 25 min e ao perguntar se ainda demoraria me responderam " mais 15 min", isso porque questionei pois a atendente ao me ver ficou de costas o tempo todo. Cancelei o pedido e solicitei o extorno do pagamento, pois não têm compromisso com o cliente . Não volto e não recomendo!
Terrible service! I went to buy 2 pizzas for the trip, they gave me a 30 min forecast. After the period I was asked for another 15 min. I waited for 25 min and when asked if it would still take longer, they answered "another 15 min", because I questioned because the attendant when she saw me turned her back all the time. I canceled the order and requested a refund of the payment, as they have no commitment to the customer. I won't be back and I don't recommend it!
