★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tem as opções de refrigerante que informam no site. O tempo de espera é muito maior que o tempo informado e o WhatsApp não é respondido quando vc pergunta. Toda vez que compro tenho que ir buscar pq nunca informam o tempo certo.
Terrible service, they don't have the soda options that they inform on the website. The waiting time is much longer than the time informed and WhatsApp is not answered when you ask. Every time I buy I have to go get it because they never tell the right time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza não é boa, vem pouquíssimo recheio. As esfirras estão sempre maravilhosas e o almoço é questão de sorte. Tem dias que o almoço está horrível e tem dias que está maravilhoso.
Entretanto, a comida é um dos menores problemas, o atendimento é péssimo, você chega se sentir mal. Pessoas complemente despreparadas e super mal educadas, não respondem um simples boa tarde, parecem que estão sendo obrigadas a trabalharem ou estão fazendo um favor ao te atender. Poderiam contratar pessoas que realmente saibam atender e sejam no mínimo educadas.
The pizza is not good, there is very little topping. The esfirras are always wonderful and lunch is a matter of luck. There are days when lunch is horrible and there are days when it is wonderful.
However, the food is one of the minor problems, the service is terrible, you arrive feeling bad. People who are completely unprepared and super rude, don't answer a simple good afternoon, look like they are being forced to work or are doing you a favor by serving you. They could hire people who really know how to serve and are at least polite.
