Comida horrível e sem gosto(parecia ter sido requentada), atendimento péssimo, refrigerante quente, e ainda por cima, nem deram copos, tivemos que esperar por mais de 10 min para virem trazer copos descartáveis.
I just hated it
Horrible and tasteless food (it seemed to have been reheated), terrible service, hot soda, and on top of that, they didn't even give us cups, we had to wait for more than 10 min to come and bring disposable cups.

Fui bem tratado pelos garçons, entretanto, fiz um pedido de uma porção de batatas com farofa e vinagrete como estava no cardápio no valor de R$ 22. Quando chegou meu pedido, não recebi a farofa e a vinagrete e fui informado pelo garçon que o cardápio estava errado entretanto me cobrariam pela batata o mesmo valor de R$ 22. Fui reclamar com a gerente ou dona do estabelecimento dona Meire pedindo que mudasse o cardápio já que estava pagando pela batata, farofa e vinagrete e na verdade só vinha a batata. Esta senhora já me recebeu aos gritos perguntando em qual lugar do mundo havia batata com farofa e vinagrete, apesar de constar no cardápio. Reclamei no sentido de mudar o cardápio já que estava pagando um valor achando que receberia o que estava no cardápio e na verdade não havia. Esta senhora aos berros começou a me chamar de baixo nível na frente de outras pessoas e me ridicularizando porque eu estava fazendo questão de uma farofa e uma vinagrete. Lhe respondi que não fazia questão, mas que fiquei decepcionado pois na verdade só pedi a batata porque queria a farofa e a vinagrete. Eu disse que ela não deveria tratar as pessoas assim já que só esperava receber aquilo que estava no cardápio e estava pagando por aquilo. Enfim, ela continuava gritando e me ridicularizando na frente das outras pessoas. Dizia para eu não voltar mais lá pois não fazia questão de cliente baixo nível como eu. Justamente eu que só estava reclamando o que estava no cardápio. Me senti muito triste pois não esperava aquela atitude vindo da gerente ou dona de um estabelecimento. Foi de longe minha pior experiência em qualquer lugar que frequentei. Nunca mais volto e jamais recomendaria esse lugar para ninguém.
Today, September 13, 2020 I was at the establishment. I was treated well by the waiters, however, I ordered a portion of potatoes with farofa and vinaigrette as it was on the menu in the amount of R $ 22. When my order arrived, I did not receive the farofa and vinaigrette and I was informed by the waiter that the the menu was wrong however they would charge me for the potato the same amount of R $ 22. I went to complain to the manager or owner of the establishment, Dona Meire, asking her to change the menu since I was paying for the potato, flour and vinaigrette and in fact only the potato came. This lady has already received me screaming asking where in the world there was potato with flour and vinaigrette, despite being on the menu. I complained about changing the menu since I was paying an amount thinking that I would receive what was on the menu and in fact there was none. This screaming lady started calling me low level in front of other people and making fun of me because I was insisting on a flour and a vinaigrette. I replied that I didn't care, but that I was disappointed because in fact I only ordered the potato because I wanted the flour and vinaigrette. I said that she shouldn't treat people like that as she only expected to receive what was on the menu and was paying for it. Anyway, she kept screaming and making fun of me in front of other people. He told me not to go back there anymore, because he didn't care about a low-level customer like me. I was just complaining about what was on the menu. I felt very sad because I didn't expect that attitude from the manager or owner of an establishment. It was by far my worst experience anywhere I went. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone.
