São super atenciosos desde o pedido até a entrega.

Fiz um pedido na data de hoje 19/01 via iFood e esperei o tempo de entrega + 40 minutos.
Entrei em contato para realizar o cancelamento, pois não queria mais o pedido devido ao atraso. Neste meio tempo o entregador chegou no endereço e informei que estava cancelando o pedido e que não o aceitaria.
O motoboy estava em linha via viva voz com a atendente, a mesma disse as seguinte frases: "Eu recusei o cancelamento e não é para sair daí enquanto não entregar".
Liguei no restaurante, a atendente extremamente mal educada e grossa, não queria fazer o cancelamento e gritando com o cliente. Falando que o cliente estava dando "chilique", sendo que a responsabilidade é deles.
Além do atraso registro aqui a total incapacidade desta atendente perante a resolução do problema com o cliente.
TERRIBLE RESTAURANT. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING!
I placed an order on today's date 01/19 via iFood and waited for delivery time + 40 minutes.

I called the restaurant, the attendant was extremely rude and rude, didn't want to cancel and yelled at the customer. Saying that the customer was throwing a tantrum, and it's their responsibility.
