★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto forte: a comida é extremamente boa. Todos os pedidos que fiz nesse restaurante me deixaram muito satisfeitos. Não tem o que reclamar sobre a qualidade dos pratos.
Em contrapartida, o atendimento + gestão desse restaurante é DESASTROSO. Atrasos em praticamente todas as vezes que venho aqui (e não falo de pouca coisa, 2 horas ou mais), pedidos que vêm errados ou faltando, pessoas chegam depois de mim e recebem seus pedidos primeiro… é simplesmente absurdo como um estabelecimento desse porte e dessa qualidade possui uma gestão de atendimento tão pobre. Espero que melhorem esse aspecto!
 Strong point: the food is extremely good. Every order I've made at this restaurant has left me very satisfied. Nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes.
On the other hand, the service + management of this restaurant is DISASTER. Delays practically every time I come here (and I'm not talking about a little thing, 2 hours or more), orders that come wrong or missing, people arrive after me and receive their orders first... it's just absurd how an establishment of this size and this quality has such poor service management. Hope they improve this aspect!
