★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar super agradável, porém com pouco atendentes. Praticamente vc tem que implorar para fazer os pedidos, até parece que está consumindo gratuitamente pelo tamanho do descaso.
Sugestão: o cliente poderia pedir e retirar direto no balcão, pois como não possui lugares fixos corre o risco de pedir e ficar sem (lembrando que o valor já cai direto na comanda sem receber o pedido) e ai como vc prova que não recebeu???
Com os pedidos realizados direto no balcão o cliente sai de lá com a sua bebida e prato na mão (salvo os pratos que precisam de auxílio de garçons). Os lugares (mesas) não são fixos então dificulta os serviços dos poucos atendentes ali para tanta gente. Então acaba que ao invés de aproveitar os clientes acabam se estressando por falta desta organização.
O ambiente é maravilhoso, fora alguns atendentes que parece que nem queria ter acordado, mas de resto são atenciosos.

Suggestion: the customer could order and withdraw directly at the counter, because as they do not have fixed seats, they run the risk of asking and running out (remembering that the value already falls directly on the command without receiving the order) and then how do you prove that you didn't receive it? ??
With orders placed directly at the counter, the customer leaves with their drink and plate in hand (except for dishes that need the help of waiters). The seats (tables) are not fixed so it makes the services of the few attendants there for so many people. So it turns out that instead of taking advantage of customers, they end up stressing out for lack of this organization.
The atmosphere is wonderful, apart from some attendants who seem like they didn't even want to wake up, but otherwise they are attentive.

Beautiful place, cozy, wonderful view. However, delay in service, waiters a little lost to deliver orders to the table. The visit was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, quando eu escolhi o local, foi por conta de uma indicação … eu não conhecia, então resolvi ir para curtir meu aniversário.
Como eu já havia conversado via WhatsApp com a Bárbara, super educada, atendimento maravilhoso. Me deixou ciente sobre a reserva de mesa , ela me explicou como funcionava … mas que daria um jeito de acomodar todas nós, pois eu estava em mais de 20 mulheres, uma sendo gestante e duas de idade. Quando cheguei ao local, a Brenda moça que faz o cadastro me atendeu, um atendimento PÉSSIMO. Nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim, uma pessoa totalmente despreparada para atender o público, super irônica e debochada. Expliquei que precisava de 3 cadeiras, pois 1 era gestante e 2 pessoas sendo de idade, ela fez pouquíssimo caso, foi muito mal educada, me deixou bem nervosa, pois fazia questão de ser debochada o tempo todo. Eu não estava pedindo nada além do direito de 3 pessoas preferenciais. A casa pode estar lotada o que for, cabe o estabelecimento acomodar quem é prioridade, pois isso é lei. Se não tem capacidade de acomodar, então controle a quantidade de pessoas que cabe no espaço, e pare de deixar entrar mais gente. Eu que tive que ir atrás de arrumar, até que uma garçonete me atendeu, infelizmente não lembro o nome dela, pois estava bem nervosa. Eu queria lembrar o nome para poder elogiar. Eu comecei a minha noite que era p ser de festa , comecei bem estressada, pois a Brenda fez o favor de estragar o momento com seu péssimo atendimento.Por fim não menos importante, para fazer pedidos é extremamente difícil, teve garçons que nem queria atender a nossa mesa, pois falava que já estava com muitos pedidos. Eles informa que aniversariante tem direito a uma cortesia, essa cortesia eu não vi. Eu perguntei , e todos falava tem que pedir pro gerente, eu tentei falar com o gerente e todos falava, moça agora ele não pode falar.No final das contas não ganhei nada, somente as duas entradas VIPs. O lugar é super agradável, comida boa, drinks bons… mas atendimento é bem precária. Acho que vale a pena investir em treinamento de atendimento ao público.

I explained that I needed 3 chairs, because 1 was pregnant and 2 people were old, she didn't pay much attention, she was very rude, it made me very nervous, because she insisted on being mocked all the time. I wasn't asking for anything other than the 3-person preferred right. The house can be crowded whatever it is, it is up to the establishment to accommodate who is a priority, as this is the law. If you don't have the capacity to accommodate, then control the amount of people that can fit in the space, and stop letting more people in. I was the one who had to go after fixing it, until a waitress answered me, unfortunately I don't remember her name, because I was very nervous. I wanted to remember the name so I could praise. I started my night that was supposed to be a party, I started very stressed, because Brenda did the favor of spoiling the moment with her bad service. Last but not least, ordering is extremely difficult, there were waiters who didn't even want to answer our table, as he said he already had many orders. They inform that the birthday girl is entitled to a courtesy, I didn't see that courtesy. I asked, and everyone said, you have to ask the manager, I tried to talk to the manager and everyone said, girl, now he can't talk. In the end, I didn't win anything, just the two VIP tickets. The place is super nice, good food, good drinks… but the service is very precarious. I think it's worth investing in customer service training.

Deck lotado que você sente as pessoas passando atrás de você. Mesa solta e o guarda sol tombou derrubou minha bebida no meu prato e me molhou toda!

Crowded bar with few waiters
Crowded deck you can feel people walking past you. Loose table and umbrella tipped over, spilled my drink on my plate and soaked me all over!
Also the singer of the live music is PESSIMOOOOO! Horrible

Em alguns momentos houve desatenção por parte de determinados garçons, em outros fomos muito bem atendidos.
Os preços são razoáveis o que permite que possamos recomendar que outros possam recomendar.
A visita ocorreu numa sexta feira, o ponto negativo foi a altura do som que estava muito, mas muito alto.
Nem todos vão ao local para ouvir música em tão alto volume, mas sim para contemplar a bela paisagem e também conversar sem precisar gritar para equiparar com o som tão alto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que a experiência no local varie muito pelo horário e pelo que o cliente esteja procurando. Fui almoçar, em um domingo e foi bom. Estava uma música absurdamente alta, mas após solicitação abaixaram e logo iniciou uma banda ao vivo. O cardápio assusta um pouco com os valores, mas duas pessoa comem bem. O atendimento foi rápido. Para entrar tem fila, pois vc faz um cadastro e recebe uma pulseira para consumação. O espaço é bem amplo, bastante mesa e a vista é muito bonita. É cobrado serviço e couvert. Não aceita VR.
I believe the onsite experience varies greatly by time of day and what the customer is looking for. I went for lunch on a Sunday and it was good. The music was absurdly loud, but after a request they turned it down and soon they started a live band. The menu scares a little with the values, but two people eat well. The service was quick. There is a line to enter, as you register and receive a bracelet for consumption. The space is very large, plenty of table and the view is very beautiful. Service and cover charge are charged. Does not support VR.
