Sou cliente assíduo do restaurante, no dia 14.01.2020 estive no restaurante e ao final do atendimento me recusei a pagar a taxa de 10% para o garçom pq dessa vez o atendimento foi ruim, a carne veio mal passada sendo que solicitei bem passada e a bebida demorou a vir, o garçom me levou para conversar com a esposa do proprietário no caixa, a mesma informou que os garçom não recebem salário e por isso é obrigado o pagamento da taxa de 10%. No dia de hj 07 02 2020 as 13:50 estive com minha esposa e filho para almoçar e o garçom de nome Paulo me pediu mil desculpas mas a esposa do Proprietário informou que não era para ele me atender. Fui buscar mais informações com ela para entender o pq do não atendimento e ela informou que se eu gravasse a conversa iria registar um B.O. Como fiquei chateado com essa situação estarei movendo um processo para que isso não aconteça com outros cliente que costuma frequentar o local.
I scored with a star because it is not possible to give a minor note. I am a regular customer of the restaurant, on 14.01.2020 I was at the restaurant and at the end of the service I refused to pay the 10% fee to the waiter because this time the service was bad, the meat was rare and I ordered it well done and the drink took a long time to come, the waiter took me to talk to the owner's wife at the cashier, she informed that the waiter does not receive a salary and that is why the 10% fee is required. On the day of today 07 02 2020 at 13:50 I was with my wife and son for lunch and the waiter named Paulo apologized to me a thousand apologies but the wife of the Owner informed that he was not supposed to attend me. I went to get more information with her to understand why I didn't answer and she informed me that if I recorded the conversation I would register a B.O. As I was upset with this situation, I will be moving a process so that this does not happen with other clients who usually visit the place.
