O torresmo é, sem dúvidas, o carro chefe. Beira à perfeição. Todas as porções que experimentei estavam ótimas: jiló frito, tilápia, fígado com jiló e filé de tilápia. Feijão tropeiro e arroz com ora pro nobis são também famosos.
O número de mesas - a maioria é externa - é limitado e o dono respeita os limites rigorosamente. Chegue cedo e aproveite.
O preço é compatível com Viçosa.
The bar "the three little pigs" is a precious gem in Viçosa.
The crackling is undoubtedly the flagship. Edge to perfection. All the portions I tried were great: fried jilo, tilapia, liver with jilo and tilapia fillet. Tropeiro beans and rice with ora pro nobis are also famous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem outro lugar pra comer jiló empanado em Viçosa. Além disso sentar na pracinha e tomar uma Brahma melhor momento. Outros tira gosto que não podem faltar é o bolinho de carne e o torresmo de barriga.
There is no other place to eat breaded jiló in Viçosa. Also sit in the little square and take a Brahma best time. Other taste that can not miss is the meatloaf and the belly crackling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boteco raiz. O espaço é apertado mas vc pode se sentar na praça vendo o movimento. Cerveja gelada e aquele tira gosto sensacional. Recomendo o chinelo de barriga, um torresmo sem igual. Preço justo e bom atendimento.
Root pub. Space is tight but you can sit in the square watching the movement. Cold beer and that sensational taste. I recommend the belly slipper, a unique crackling. Fair price and good service.
