This one can really take the name of Barão, one of the few bars in Campina that you can have good service, tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere, I need to emphasize the hygiene of the bathrooms and the friendliness of everyone.

Very top restaurant, the waiters serve very well, always attentive, just an observation, the chairs are uncomfortable, it leaves us with a very painful back, they could change the chairs, but we too are perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi caldo de camarão pois dizem ter o melhor da cidade mas qnd trouxeram não tinha nenhum ? na primeira colherada ja percebi q o gosto era de peixe e ja falei com o garçom e ele disse q eu estava enganada, comi mais pra confirmar, tds da mesa provaram e concordaram não ser de camarão então reclamei novamente, o garçom levou o caldo para a cozinha e voltou dizendo q de fato houve um erro e era de peixe msm, pra mim, o ideal seria ele ter corrigido esse erro trazendo o caldo correto de camarão q eu havia pedido, mas ele nn fez nd, não houve resolução do problema e ainda fui cobrada na comanda pelo caldo de peixe q não pedi. A coxinha de carne de sol estava até boa e o torresmo também mas infelizmente após o erro fomos embora para comer o caldo de camarão em outro lugar. Único ponto positivo foi q não estava tendo música ao vivo, apenas um som ambiente na tv deu p conversar com os amigos sem musica alta p atrapalhar. Acho q tem potencial p ser um bom bar basta se atentar mais em atender as necessidades dos clientes, resolver problemas q com ctz podem acontecer tds sabemos erros acontecem, oq faz a diferença é se dispor a resolve-los e assim agradar a clientela.
I asked for shrimp broth because they say they have the best in town but when they brought it there was none ? in the first spoonful I already realized that it tasted like fish and I already talked to the waiter and he said I was wrong, I ate more to confirm, everyone at the table tasted and agreed not to be shrimp so I complained again, the waiter took the broth to the kitchen and came back saying that in fact there was a mistake and it was really fish, for me, the ideal would be for him to have corrected this error by bringing the correct broth from shrimp I had asked for, but he didn't do it, there was no resolution of the problem and I was still charged at the command for the fish broth I didn't ask for. The coxinha de carne de sol was even good and the crackling too but unfortunately after the mistake we left to eat the shrimp broth somewhere else. The only positive point was that there was no live music, just an ambient sound on the TV, allowing you to chat with friends without loud music to disturb. I think it has the potential to be a good bar, just pay more attention to meeting the needs of customers, solving problems that with ctz can happen, we all know mistakes happen, what makes the difference is being willing to solve them and thus please the clientele.
