Na hora de comprar é um atendimento, na hora de arrumar é outro.
Não tinha necessidade de ficar 2 horas esperando pra tocar uma bateria de celular.
O cliente está pagando, não está pedindo favor, portanto mais respeito, trate bem, atende bem, pq ele volta e indica.
Eu não volto e não indico, povo sem noção!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei trocar a tela eo display do meu celular gastei mais de 300 reais , eles danificaram meu celular, a tela as vezes fica amarelada a tela abriu em menos de 5 dias mandei consertara tela voltou com duas manchas brancas e depois de 15 a tela já está abrindo, a rede do wi-fi do meu celular não funciona, como antes. A tela trocada e muito frágil, só de colocar o Cel no bolso a tela trinco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz que atendeu teve até a boa vontade de ajudar, porém o serviço técnico muito enrolado, fui por 3 dias seguidos buscar e nunca estava pronto, sempre falavam volta daqui 20 min. Voltava no dia depois e não estava pronto. Quando finalmente consegui pegar o celular, quando chegou o momento de carregar o celular ele não carregava.
Mais uma vez tive que retornar a loja, e deixar o celular.
Somente na 5° ida a loja que consegui realmente ter o celular funcionante.
Eles pedem seu contato, mas não tem utilidade alguma, pois eles não dão uma posição ao cliente
