Encontrei o Barão crossfit e me apaixonei. Está sendo um challenge praticar o crossfit, mas encontrei a motivação necessária aqui. Super recomendo pra experientes e principalmente, pra iniciantes na modalidade. ??
First thing I looked for when I arrived in Barão, a well organized and structured place to play sports, with attentive coaches and a lively team. I met Baron crossfit and fell in love. It's been a challenge to practice crossfit, but I found the necessary motivation here. I highly recommend it for experts and especially for beginners in the sport. ??
