 The experience was incredible: the drink was delicious, the portions were perfect and the tasting ruler is a great option to get to know the options of the house. Special mention for the soundtrack: classic rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bacana e lanches estavam gostosos. MAS… pareceu que entramos de “bico” na festa de alguém. Sábado à noite (21:30h) e estávamos lá nós e o que parecia ser o proprietário se divertindo com um grupo de família e/ou amigos pouco se importando com o funcionamento do local e do serviço e a atendente se alternando entre levar as coisas na nossa mesa e sentar com o namorado pra comer um lanche. (Pásmem) Os pedidos dos lanches não saíram juntos e tivemos aquela situação chata de uns terminarem de comer sem nem chegar os lanches dos outros, sendo que tudo foi pedido ao mesmo tempo. Depois de tudo isso parece até piada pagar a conta (em pé no caixa) com taxa de serviço. Dureza.
Nice atmosphere and snacks were delicious. BUT… it looked like we'd snuck into someone's party. Saturday night (9:30 pm) and there we were and what looked like the owner having fun with a group of family and/or friends not caring about the operation of the place and the service and the attendant alternating between taking things at our table and sit with her boyfriend for a snack. (Pasmem) Snack orders did not go together and we had that annoying situation where some finished eating without even getting the snacks for others, and everything was ordered at the same time. After all this, it seems like a joke to pay the bill (standing at the cashier) with a service charge. Toughness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bar eh muito legal e a ideia funciona muito bem. Tomei a ipa, a trigo com tangerina e a neipa. Como sou fa da neipa, fiquei nela quase a tarde toda. Cerveja muito boa a um preco excelente. Comemos varias porcoes, mas o sanduiche eh a melhor pedida, pq o custo beneficio eh maior. No fim, satisfacao garantida. Otimo atendimento
The bar is really cool and the idea works very well. I took the ipa, the wheat with tangerine and the neipa. As I'm a fan of neipa, I stayed there almost all afternoon. Very good beer at an excellent price. We ate several portions, but the sandwich is the best option, because the cost benefit is higher. In the end, satisfaction guaranteed. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O diferencial do lugar são as pessoas envolvidas no atendimento e produção. Pessoas que fazem o lugar como se fossem deles. Desde a recepção, passando pelo papo e chegando na coleta ideal de feedback em mesa.
O bolinho de jalapeño, das mãos de uma chef chamada Carol, se não me engano, tem o tempero mágico e a picância perfeita... com a finalização que somente artistas alcançam em preparações por imersão em óleo. Fica nítido ali que houve um estudo e muitos testes antes de chegar na iguaria que se transformou.
O segredo para empreender com sucesso em A&B é empreender nas pessoas que trabalham. Sem elas, quem empreende fica só e só não é possível ganhar 5 estrelas em um review. O Barão Vermelho parece ter sacado isso.
The place's differential is the people involved in service and production. People who make the place as if they were theirs. From the reception, through the chat and arriving at the ideal feedback collection at the table.
The jalapeño cake, from the hands of a chef named Carol, if I'm not mistaken, has the magic seasoning and the perfect spice... with the finishing that only artists achieve in preparations by immersion in oil. It is clear there that there was a study and many tests before reaching the delicacy that became.
The secret to successful entrepreneurship in A&B is to be entrepreneurial in the people who work. Without them, whoever undertakes it is alone and it's just not possible to earn 5 stars in a review. The Red Baron seems to have figured that out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. Brew House super aconchegante com decoração inspirada no famoso piloto alemão da primeira guerra e claro no bairro onde está localizada, Barão Geraldo, em Campinas. Cardápio de petiscos e burguers caprichados. Nas torneiras, cervejas de fabricação própria. A Session IPA estava ótima. Outro aspecto marcante é o atendimento. Registro aqui o carinho e atenção da Giulia.
Great. Brew House super cozy with decor inspired by the famous German pilot from the first war and of course in the neighborhood where it is located, Barão Geraldo, in Campinas. Menu of tidbits and fancy burgers. On tap, own brewed beers. Session IPA was great. Another striking aspect is the service. I register here Giulia's affection and attention.
