★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentava o local já há um tempo com o meu namorado porém em nossa última visita nós fomos completamente maltratados e desrespeitados. Me impressiona um lugar que oferece tanta cultura ter um povo completamente mal educado e ignorante atendendo. Eu era cliente de estar lá todo mês e ainda indicar para todos os meus amigos... nunca mais volto! Aprendam a ser educados e a tratarem com respeito os seus clientes.
 I used to go there for a while with my boyfriend but on our last visit we were completely mistreated and disrespected. It impresses me that a place that offers so much culture has a completely uneducated and ignorant people serving it. I was a customer of being there every month and still recommending it to all my friends... I will never go back! Learn to be polite and treat your customers with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os livros estão ordenados por assunto nas estantes.. Ou seja, tire um tempo para “ vasculhar” estante por estante. Não há um catálogo on-line. Tire um tempo e aproveite. Ótimos discos em vinil e ótima música ambiente. Vá sem pressa.
The books are sorted by subject on the shelves. In other words, take the time to “search” shelf by shelf. There is no online catalog. Take your time and enjoy. Great vinyl records and great background music. Take your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o Sebo e o atendente grosseiro disse que não tinha nem como ir na prateleira vê se tinha o livro, só visitando, mesmo falando que moro longe me foi dito que eu teria que ir pessoalmente e poderia não encontrar, é um deboche só pode ser! Muita má vontade, não recomendo! Ao ver os comentários vi que não é um fato pontual, NÃO FREQUENTAR esse lugar É UMA APOLOGIA A BOA EDUCAÇÃO!

I called Sebo and the rude attendant said he couldn't even go to the shelf to see if he had the book, just visiting, even though I live far away I was told that I would have to go in person and might not find it, it's a debauchery you can only to be! Very bad will, do not recommend! When I saw the comments, I saw that it is not a one-off fact, NOT ATTENDING this place IS AN APOLOGY FOR GOOD EDUCATION!
