Eles foram buscar o carro numa viagem 5 e poco da manhã alterado envadio condominio ame'çou moradores e disseram que o carro era do pcc quebraram portao automatico no qual arcamos com prejuizo500 reais ainda pagamos 400 reais no deposito receberam e falaram que n receberam vi varias pessoas passarem por isso eles envadindo casa ameaçando pesssoas se dizendo ser policial ou pcc dependendo da pessoa
 Coup scumbag bastards. They intimidate landlords. They went to get the car on a trip at 5 am and it was changed early in the morning. Condominium damage threatened residents and said that the car was from the pcc they broke the automatic gate in which we paid for the loss 500 reais we still paid 400 reais in the deposit they received and said they didn't receive I saw several people go through this they breaking into the house threatening people claiming to be a police officer or pcc depending on the person

Pessoa muito mal educada, empresa não merece estar no mercado ado, nada profissional, sem contar o tratamento que dão as pessoas mais humildes que precisam trabalhar e estão trabalhando para ter um sustento. Um absurdo. Não aluguem carro com essa empresa. Procurem outra onde tratam pessoas como pessoas. São aproveitadores, desonestos.....safados, roubam as pessoas.......não ouvem o cliente, só eles tem razão. Vao falir em breve. DEUS ACIMA DE TUDO.

Very rude person, company doesn't deserve to be in the market, nothing professional, not to mention the treatment given to the most humble people who need to work and are working to earn a living. An absurdity. Do not rent a car with this company. Find another one where they treat people like people. They are profiteers, dishonest.....crooks, they rob people.......they don't listen to the customer, only they are right. It will go bankrupt soon. GOD ABOVE ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmado! Se você cidadão tiver alguma dívida com eles, a locadora bloqueia sua conta de motorista na Uber. SE ATENTEM⚠️ Essa informação não está no contrato e é omitida por eles no momento da aquisição. Pra eles não basta protestar ou negativar o CPF do dividendo mas sim "lascar" a vida do trabalhador. Reparem nas respostas das avaliações, não são nada gentis. Tenho clientes com suspeita até deles raquear os celulares de seus contratantes, mas isso já está sendo verificado.
Espero que eu tenha os ajudado com essa informação, repassem! Essa informação deve circula entre os grupos de motoristas e canais de comunicação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava procurando uma locadora de veículos , pra alugar um carro pro meu marido mas vi tanta reclamações , a locadora bloqueando o cliente na Uber, invadindo residência 5 horas da amanhã na casa do cliente , mal atendimento ,etc.. não queria ir na Kovi pois lá tbm tem reclamações mas eu percebi que lá eles resolvem e não bloqueiam o motorista na Uber . Fiquei chateada pois foi indicação mas vendo os comentários aqui desistir

Me disponibizaram um carro praticamente novo , o meu atendimento tanto na loja como nos canais de atendimento sempre foi cortez. Ou seja, pela minha experiência recomendo a locadora a outros motoristas.

I rented the car for 90 days as per the contract, I returned it today.
They made me a practically new car, my service both in the store and in the service channels was always courteous. In other words, from my experience I recommend the rental company to other drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente desta locadora por 4meses, informei que arrumei um trabalho e que queria devolver o carro, não houve conversa e a mesma ignorou minha situação, sempre paguei em dia e o veículo NUNCA pernoitou na rua, estava indo trabalhar com o carro e deixando em estacionamento (na qual tenho filmagens que provam) no dia seguinte resolvi deixar o carro na rua e o barba vulgo Júnior foi até o local e sem a minha permissão abriu o carro confiscou meus objetos pessoais e de valor que havia dentro do carro e levou o carro embora me deixando na rua A locadora deixou de fazer as devidas manutenções do carro (buzina, ar condicionado) na qual havia solicitado a um mês atrás. Ou seja, uma locadora que não tem responsabilidade nenhuma, e vão fazer de tudo pra pegar mais dinheiro do trabalhador. Agora os mesmos terão de provar tudo que alegaram diante de um juiz. NAO RECOMENDO E SE VC PROCURA UMA LOCADORA, AQUI VC SO VAI SE DAR MAL.
I was a customer of this rental company for 4 months, I informed that I got a job and that I wanted to return the car, there was no conversation and it ignored my situation, I always paid on time and the vehicle NEVER stayed overnight on the street, I was going to work with the car and leaving it in parking lot (in which I have footage that proves it) the next day I decided to leave the car on the street and the beard aka Júnior went to the place and without my permission he opened the car confiscated my personal and valuable objects that were inside the car and took the car leaving me on the street The rental company failed to do the proper maintenance of the car (horn, air conditioning) which I had requested a month ago. That is, a rental company that has no responsibility, and will do everything to get more money from the worker. Now they will have to prove everything they claimed before a judge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RENTAL COMPANY, HERE YOU WILL ONLY BE BAD.

Contratei os serviços desta locadora em torno de 4 meses, foi o bastante para descobrir o que é uma empresa péssima (nem sei se posso chamar este lugar de empresa), não tratam bem os clientes, são extremamente despreparados no ramo, os carros são horriveis em estética, troquei 4 vezes de carro e todos apresentaram problemas mecânicos, elétricos, bancos com detalhes e muito sujos, após diversas reclamações e sem resolução plausível. Fui obrigado a ingressar com um processo e hoje, se tivesse olhado a avaliação no Google ou no ReclameAqui e até mesmo nas pessoas que processam este lugar não teria contribuído para esta "coisa".
Enfim, aluguem na Localiza, Movida, Unidas, Kovi e outras, essas EMPRESAS sim, tem atendimento, prestação de serviço de qualidade e carros eficientes para o seu trabalho.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL!
I hired the services of this rental company around 4 months, it was enough to discover what a terrible company is (I don't even know if I can call this place a company), they don't treat customers well, they are extremely unprepared in the business, the cars are horrible in terms of aesthetics, I changed my car 4 times and all of them had mechanical, electrical, and very dirty seats, after several complaints and no plausible resolution. I was forced to file a lawsuit and today, if I had looked at the review on Google or ReclameAqui and even the people who sue this place, I wouldn't have contributed to this "thing".
Anyway, rent at Localiza, Movida, Unidas, Kovi and others, these COMPANIES do have service, quality service and efficient cars for your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sendo cliente dessa locadora por 6meses, não tenho o que reclamar do serviço e atenção dada por eles. Estou deixando de usar os serviços daqui 14 semanas e deixo aqui a minha crítica construtiva para a empresa. O contrato deveria ser inialmente de 3 meses e em diante mensal, pois agora eu arrumei um emprego no qual não preciso mais trabalhar com app e não consigo devolver o carro, usam sempre o contrato como proteção para fidelizar o cliente. Outra crítica que queria colocar é o jeito de comunicação com o cliente, na loja tratam a gente super bem mas pelos canais de atendimento são grossos e falam sempre gritando (com caps look ativado), o serviços de vcs não são baratos no mínimo poderiam tratar o cliente melhor e não usar os termos "O que você quer?" "ATRASOS" dessa maneira vcs evitam recomendações, referências boas. Não levem pro pessoal ,apenas deixo minhas críticas construtivas pra quem sabe a empresa não venha melhorar seus processos e sua cultura organizacional. Deixo minhas condulencias pois gostaria de indicar vcs para colegas e sair mais satisfeito, se eu precisar de aluguel novamente partiu Localiza ou Movida. Obrigado. (Provavelmente vai responder falando que eu assinei contrato e tenho q cumprir, já deixo minha tréplica avisando que estou cumprindo!)
E num vem fala que a fila está grande pra locação pq vcs vivem postando no status carros disponíveis. Melhor serem honestos nas respostas hein. E repito qualquer msg em CAIXA ALTA significa berro, grito.

I'm stopping using the services in 14 weeks and I leave here my constructive criticism for the company. The contract should initially be for 3 months and then monthly, because now I got a job where I no longer need to work with the app and I can't return the car, they always use the contract as protection to build customer loyalty. Another criticism that I wanted to put is the way of communication with the customer, in the store they treat us very well but through the service channels they are rude and always speak shouting (with caps look activated), your services are not cheap at least they could handle the customer better and not use the terms "What do you want?" "DELAYS" that way you avoid recommendations, good references. Don't take it to the staff, I just leave my constructive criticism for those who know the company doesn't improve its processes and its organizational culture. I leave my condolences because I would like to recommend you to colleagues and leave more satisfied, if I need to rent again I left Localiza or Movida. Thanks. (Probably he will reply saying that I signed a contract and I have to fulfill it, I already leave my rejoinder saying that I am fulfilling it!)
And one comes to say that the queue is long for rental because you keep posting cars available in the status. Better be honest in your answers. And I repeat any msg in ALL CAPS means scream, scream.
