★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui cliente a algum tempo e essa semana ao tentar agendar tive dificuldades, o app para IOS está fora do ar e o atendimento pelo whatsapp foi muito lento e burocrático levando 2 dias e quando quase consegui fechar recebi a notícia que outro cliente fechou esse horário pelo app (Provavelmente com um Android).
Sugiro aos gestores investir mais nessa parte com chatbots para whatsapp ou habilitando o agendamento pelo site por exemplo, pois hoje perderam um cliente por essa má experiência.
I've been a customer for some time and this week when trying to schedule I had difficulties, the IOS app is down and the whatsapp service was very slow and bureaucratic taking 2 days and when I almost managed to close I received the news that another customer closed this time through the app (Probably with an Android).
I suggest managers invest more in this part with chatbots for whatsapp or enabling scheduling through the website, for example, because today they lost a customer due to this bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá, marquei com atendente via whatsapp o horário das 18:20 do dia 10/06/2022 para cabelo e barba, cheguei ao local e fiquei sabendo que não confirmaram meu horário e não teria como me atender no momento, a atendendo pediu desculpas porém tinha um jantar marcado para as 20:00 hs do mesmo dia. Fiquei muito descontente com o ocorrido pois não pude cortar o cabelo e fazer a barba no horário agendado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento. O profissional fez o corte exatamente como meu filho queria e era um corte diferente, complicado. Ele cortou com o Marcos Paulo. Tem área para corte infantil, toda decorada com super heróis, tem refrigerante etc para venda para quem está aguardando, música etc. Lugar muito agradável e profissionais muito bem preparados. Vi pessoas de todas as idades no lugar. Todo mundo saía com cortes bem feitos, independente do estilo ser mais clássico ou mais moderno. Tem a linha de tratamento que vende no salão/barbearia também.
Great service. The professional made the cut exactly as my son wanted it and it was a different, complicated cut. He cut with Marcos Paulo. It has an area for children's court, all decorated with super heroes, there is soda etc for sale for those who are waiting, music etc. Very nice place and very professional staff. I saw people of all ages in the place. Everyone went out with well-made cuts, regardless of whether the style was more classic or more modern. There is a treatment line that is sold in the salon/barbershop as well.
