Assim que chega no local você é extremamente bem recebido , com muito carinho , disposição ,lembrando que estamos num período restritivo ,nesse momento eles atendem e entregam pelo whatsapp , estão sempre aptos a esclarecer , ajudar e até mesmo solucionar possíveis dúvidas , fico triste por não me lembrar o nome da funcionária do dia em que conheci o local , ah lembrando também que o preço além de incrível a qualidade da firmeza e variedades das cores além da qualidade dos fios tanto ao toque quanto a desenvolver diversos trabalhos com o produto ,a única maneira de entender é aproveitando e realizando suas compras pra entender e sentir . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei se não tive sorte,mais quando o meu cone de barbante chegou da metade pro fim o barbante mudou totalmente a textura.Tinha uma emenda,e a partir dessa emenda ficou um barbante de péssima qualidade.Em momentos fica mais fino,depois volta o normal,tem momento que o fio fica bem solto,depois fica enroladinho.Nada comparado com o barbante do começo do cone até a metade,que era de excelente qualidade.
