Meu cabelo hoje é curto e o corte nao seria nada extraordinario pra eles cortarem, seria um "corte masculino", como gostam de chamar. O ambiente tinha tudo pra atrair uma galera massa, sentar, se distrair e tomar uma cerveja enquanto esperam pra cortar o cabelo. Essa segregação estupida das mulheres nao vai levar clientes nenhum pro seu estudio. Voces poderiam ter ganhado no minimo o valor de um corte e uma cliente assídua. É uma pena!
I stopped by to cut my hair, and I was vetoed for being a woman with the justification that "it will attract the wrong audience". My hair today is short and the cut would be nothing extraordinary for them to cut, it would be a "masculine cut", as they like to call it. The environment had everything to attract a crowd, sit down, get distracted and have a beer while they wait to get a haircut. This stupid segregation of women will not take any clients to your studio. You could have earned at least the value of a cut and a regular customer. It is a pity!

Voltei há cerca de 2 semanas, o valor do combo subiu um pouco, se ingualando ao dos concorrentes da região. Agendei para outro barbeiro, que me atendeu na hora e foi bastante profissional. Mas um outro barbeiro, que nunca me atendeu, ao ouvir meu nome ser chamado, na hora, disse "hoje ele vai ser atendido na hora" num tom meio debochado. Talvez tenha ficado sentido por eu ter deixado minha avaliação aqui ou no app de reservas. Perderam um cliente, pois não pretendo mais voltar lá.

Frequento o estabelecimento há cerca de 4 meses e nunca tive qualquer problema no atendimento. Os profissionais são qualificados e o serviço é bem feito e pontual. Porém, na minha última visita, fiz um agendamento para as 16:00. Cheguei cerca de 10 minutos antes e fui informado que o barbeiro estava finalizando um atendimento e iria atender outro cliente e depois seria eu. Como estava agendado, acreditei que iria ser atendido em cerca de 20 minutos. Ocorre que esperei cerca de 1 hora e 20 minutos para ser atendido, ou seja, por volta das 17:20. Em nenhum momento foi dada qualquer justificativa sobre o atraso ou sequer um pedido de desculpas. Nada foi dito como, como se na verdade meu agendamento estivesse para aquele horário, e não para 16:00. Fiquei decepcionado com tal postura do estabelecimento, pois, se eu, cliente, tivesse o atraso de 1 hora e 20 minutos, com certeza não haveria tolerância. Notei, inclusive, uma certa pressa na realização do serviço em decorrência do atraso, apesar de eu não ter dado razão. Somente não fui embora antes, porque não teria lógica esperar cerca de 1 hora para não ser atendido e ter que voltar outro dia.

I came back about 2 weeks ago, the price of the combo went up a bit, in line with that of competitors in the region. I made an appointment for another barber, who attended me right away and was very professional. But another barber, who never saw me, when he heard my name being called, said, "today he will be seen right away" in a slightly mocking tone. Maybe it made me sad that I left my review here or in the booking app. They lost a customer because I don't intend to go back there.

I have been attending the establishment for about 4 months and have never had any problem with the service. The professionals are qualified and the service is well done and punctual. However, on my last visit, I made an appointment for 16:00. I arrived about 10 minutes before and was informed that the barber was finishing a service and would serve another customer and then it would be me. As it was scheduled, I believed that I would be attended in about 20 minutes. It so happens that I waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes to be attended, that is, around 17:20. At no time was there any justification for the delay or even an apology. Nothing was said as if my schedule was actually for that time, not 16:00. I was disappointed with this attitude of the establishment, because if I, the customer, had a delay of 1 hour and 20 minutes, there would certainly be no tolerance. I even noticed a certain hurry to perform the service due to the delay, although I did not give reason. I just didn't leave before, because it would not be logical to wait about 1 hour to not be attended and have to come back another day.
