Se o cliente não agendou horário, o que vale é a ordem de chegada.
Cheguei segundos antes de um cliente X e ele foi atendido primeiro que eu.
Não houve um comentário a respeito. Ninguém perguntou se poderia cortar o dele primeiro mesmo que utilizasse qualquer justificativa para tanto. Simplesmente deu preferência.
Sai do estabelecimento e fui em outro. O atendimento diferenciado. Logo na entrada fui recebido com um “boa tarde!”, seguido de um “como vai você? Em que posso ajudar?”.
Faltou profissionalismo no trato com o cliente!
They should learn to respect the customer.
If the client has not scheduled an appointment, what counts is the order of arrival.
I arrived seconds before an X client and he was answered first than me.
There was no comment. Nobody asked if he could cut his first even if he used any justification for doing so. He simply gave preference.
I left the establishment and went to another. Differentiated service. Right at the entrance I was greeted with a “good afternoon!”, Followed by “how are you? How can I help?".
There was a lack of professionalism in dealing with the client!
