★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pelo Carlos. Muito atencioso e cortou como eu pedi. Fez tudo com muito esmero e detalhes, não ficou um fio fora de lugar. Muito satisfeito. O preço é justo também, pagando pelo PIX, R$70 pelo corte de cabelo e barba.
 I was very well attended by Carlos. Very attentive and cut as I asked. He did everything with great care and details, not a single thread was out of place. Very satisfied. The price is fair too, paying for the PIX, R$70 for the haircut and beard.

O ambiente tem um ar "clássico" e moderno ao mesmo tempo hehe
Você é atendido por ordem de chegada, portanto pode acontecer de ter que aguardar um pouco. As poltronas são confortáveis! :)
A qualidade do corte(cabelo e barba) é excelente e eles conseguem manter o padrão de qualidade, o que faz a clientela voltar.
Já indiquei pra amigos e família, que também já se tornaram clientes.
Comparado com barbearias do Centro, seria considerado caro, mas o valor para o Cambuí, é compatível. Não é barato.
Há um degrau na entrada, o que tornar-se um problema para cadeirantes. Como o desnível é baixo, talvez seja possível subir.

You are served on a first-come, first-served basis, so you may have to wait a while. The armchairs are comfortable! :)
The quality of the cut (hair and beard) is excellent and they are able to maintain the quality standard, which keeps the clientele coming back.
I have already indicated to friends and family, who have also become customers.
Compared with Centro barber shops, it would be considered expensive, but the value for Cambuí is compatible. It is not cheap.
There is a step at the entrance, which becomes a problem for wheelchair users. As the gap is low, it may be possible to climb.

O salão precisa capacitar melhor seus profissionais. Deixou meu pescoço todo machucado.
Precisa analisar a qualidade dos serviços, não dá para deixar um profissional com pouca experiência fazer trabalho sem supervisão.
Atendimento precisa melhorar. Dois profissionais que estavam ao lado viram e ninguém fez questão de pedir desculpas.

The salon needs to better train its professionals. It left my neck all bruised.
You need to analyze the quality of services, you can't let a professional with little experience do work without supervision.
Service needs to improve. Two professionals who were at the side saw it and no one made a point of apologizing.
