★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho, Davi, de 3 anos e meio para cortar o cabelo com o José. O Davi nunca tinha cortado cabelo com um profissional, eu mesma cortava, então já estava muito bagunçado. Desde o atendimento pelo whatsapp para agendamento, o José se mostrou educado, solícito e paciente. Respondia rapidamente às mensagens. Quando cheguei na barbearia, fiquei muito surpresa! Ele e a esposa dele, a Marisa, tinham preparado o ambiente com música calma de criança (de ninar), tinham pensado numa estratégia de não assustar meu filho, pulando a lavagem e oferecendo para cortar o cabelo dele no meu colo. Eu mesma que optei por ser na cadeira, mas achei muito bacana a preocupação deles. Pode-se dizer que é um atendimento humanizado com as crianças. Em todo o trabalho, o José foi conversando com meu filho, falando o que ia fazer, mostrando a maquininha que ele ia usar, perguntando se podia seguir em frente. Meu filho ficou super calmo e confiante! Li livrinhos para ele enquanto o José trabalhava e a Marisa também ia conversando. Foi excelente! Com certeza voltarei! Meu filho ficou super contente com o novo visual dele e eu ganhei meu dia em conhecer a barbearia e agora saber com quem contar para cortar o cabelinho dele. Me considero uma pessoa bem exigente, principalmente quando o assunto é meu filho. Então pode ir tranquila (o) que eles são muito pacientes!
I took my son, Davi, aged 3 and a half, to get a haircut with José. Davi had never cut hair with a professional, I cut it myself, so it was already very messy. From the service through whatsapp to scheduling, José was polite, helpful and patient. Responded quickly to messages. When I arrived at the barbershop, I was very surprised! He and his wife, Marisa, had prepared the environment with calm children's music (lullabies), they had thought of a strategy not to scare my son, skipping the wash and offering to cut his hair in my lap. I myself chose to be in the chair, but I thought their concern was really cool. It can be said that it is humanized care with children. Throughout the work, José was talking to my son, talking about what he was going to do, showing him the little machine he was going to use, asking if he could go on. My son was super calm and confident! I read booklets to him while José was working and Marisa was also talking. It was excellent! I will definitely come back! My son was super happy with his new look and I won my day visiting the barbershop and now knowing who I can count on to cut his hair. I consider myself a very demanding person, especially when it comes to my son. So you can rest assured that they are very patient!
