Acredito que por meu DDD ser de outro estado, pensaram se tratar de um trote, de qualquer forma não justifica o não atendimento ou até mesmo a falta de retorno. Sendo assim, baixei o app Trinks para agendar um horário como o indicado pela página do Instagram da barbearia e parece que a mesma não possuí cadastro no app. Desta forma, resolvi ir até o local. Vale ressaltar que foi a primeira vez que visitei a barbearia. Cheguei lá às 18:30 já que as portas estavam abertas, fui entrando e me deparei com o salão vazio e apenas um cliente sendo atendido e outro atendente com uma vasoura na mão (ambos sem máscara de proteção). Ao dizer boa noite, recebi a seguinte resposta: "Já encerramos, volta amanhã!" (em tom curto e seco), então eu disse: ok, e deixei claro pra eles que tinha ido aquela hora, pois vi no Google que funciona até as 20h e fui embora. Vim aqui expor a situação e minha opinião. Acho falta desde respeito e consideração com o cliente receber essa forma de tratamento. Saibam que eu não volto lá nem com corte grátis. Achei o salão sujo, e não respeitam nem de longe as novas regras de conduta e higiene . Em plena pandemia é até um risco a minha saúde permanecer em um local com esse.
I called the number informed 3 times at different times in an attempt to make an appointment and I was not answered. I believe that because my DDD is from another state, they thought it was a prank call, however it does not justify the non-attendance or even the lack of return. So, I downloaded the Trinks app to schedule a time like the one indicated by the Instagram page of the barber shop and it seems that it does not have a registration in the app. So, I decided to go to the place. It is worth mentioning that it was the first time that I visited the barber shop. I got there at 6:30 pm as the doors were open, I went in and came across the empty room and only one customer being served and another attendant with a broom in hand (both without a protective mask). When saying good night, I received the following response: "We are done, come back tomorrow!" (in a short, dry tone), so I said: ok, and I made it clear to them that I was gone that hour, because I saw on Google that it works until 8pm and I left. I came here to explain the situation and my opinion. I find lack of respect and consideration for the client to receive this form of treatment. Know that I don't go back there even with a free cut. I found the room dirty, and they do not respect the new rules of conduct and hygiene. In the middle of a pandemic it is even a risk to my health to stay in such a place.
