Quanto ao ambiente, você passa um tempo trocando idéia, tomando cerveja e ouvindo música. Ideal pra dar aquela relaxada.
E o corte, cabelo e barba, é de respeito. No meu caso, cheguei na barbearia com um corte, recebi uma sugestão para mudar e fiquei muito feliz com o resultado.
