★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fui achando que seria um local profissional, já que pertence ao grupo do salão da Paizinha, mas me decepcionei total. Local apertado e lotado, sem nenhuma higiene, sem nenhum protocolo de segurança da Covid. Profissionais sem usar máscara, ficavam gritando um com o outro, faltando até com respeito, as cadeiras quebradas e quando iam girar, batiam umas nas outras, fiz a barba e cortei o cabelo com o profissional Júnior, altamente despreparado, sem nenhum comportamento profissional, não tira o excesso de cabelo cortado que fica na gente, não lava o cabelo, e além dissso ainda deixou minha barba torta, um lado menor que a outra e desalinhada. Em relação ao cabelo, ficou totalmente mal cortado, cheio de pontas. Tive que ir em outra barbearia para arrumar. Decepção total, nunca mais volto ali.
Bad experience, I thought it would be a professional place, as it belongs to the Paizinha salon group, but I was totally disappointed. A cramped and crowded place, no hygiene, no Covid safety protocol. Professionals without masks, they were screaming at each other, even lacking respect, the chairs were broken and when they were going to rotate, they hit each other, I shaved and cut my hair with the Junior professional, highly unprepared, without any professional behavior, it doesn't remove the excess haircut that remains on us, it doesn't wash the hair, and besides, it left my beard crooked, one side shorter than the other and disheveled. Regarding the hair, it was totally badly cut, full of ends. I had to go to another barbershop to fix it. Total disappointment, I never go back there.
