★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- me machucaram MUITO em minha barba. Não sei se estava cega ou se foi falta de profissionalismo, mas era aniversário da minha esposa e tive que passar um produto para não aparecer nas fotos. Ridículo pagar por um serviço desses.
2- pagamento somente à vista (não aceitam cartões). Paguei 35,00 para sair lanhado.
Não recomendo nem volto nunca mais!
1- they hurt me a lot in my beard. I don't know if I was blind or if it was a lack of professionalism, but it was my wife's birthday and I had to pass on a product so as not to appear in the photos. Ridiculous to pay for such a service.
2- cash payment only (do not accept cards). I paid 35.00 to go out.
I never recommend or come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez, dias após a inauguração, fui super bem recebido. Havia chopp para o cliente e tudo mais. Já na segunda vez, fui e me deparei com a falta de profissionais para cortar meu cabelo: ninguém havia chegado até 10h45. Hoje, na terceira vez, cheguei 20:30 e a porta já estava trancada para náo aceitar mais nenhum cliente, mesmo tendo uma pessoa cortando o cabelo. Não perca mais o seu tempo: vá direto na Navalha de Ouro do Rio 2 Shopping. A do Cidade Jardim não merece clientes.
The first time, days after the inauguration, I was super well received. There was chopp for the customer and everything. Already the second time, I went and I came across the lack of professionals to cut my hair: no one had arrived until 10:45. Today, the third time, I arrived at 8:30 PM and the door was already locked so I could not accept any more customers, even though I had a person cutting my hair. Do not waste your time anymore: go straight on Rio Razor Gold Shopping. The Garden City does not deserve customers.
