Complementando já que pediu, fui indicado por sua mãe que já forneceu serviço a minha mãe e em uma ligação me fez a propaganda do local que eu não conhecia apesar de mora bem perto.
Entrei no site e verifiquei que o horário de atendimento vai até as 19h45, também verifiquei que vocês sugerem agendamento por um app, mas indicam que solicite o acesso na barbearia e não tem informação mais detalhada disso no site, então enviei uma msg no Instagram perguntando se poderia ir diretamente(msg até hoje não foi respondida). Fui até a barbearia e cheguei as 18h10, entrei e a barbeira estava sentada usando o celular, não expressou nenhuma reação, então cumprimentei e ela mal tirou os olhos do telefone, esperei alguma pergunta do tipo em que posso te ajudar e nada então perguntei se poderia cortar o cabelo, quando me sentei ela saiu para pegar algo e quando voltou perguntou se seria apenas cabelo ou barba tbm e eu disse que seria os dois, ai fui informado que não poderia ter os dois serviços pq iriam fechar as 19h, eu questionei que no site constava as 19h45 e ela me disse que só poderia fazer um dos dois ou que voltasse no dia seguinte então eu coloquei que precisava dos dois serviços para ir trabalhar no dia seguinte e tive que recusar apenas um serviço peguei um Uber e fui a outro estabelecimento.
Eu faço cabelo e barba semanalmente e já tive oportunidade de conhecer diversas barbearias, das mais baratas as mais caras, utilizo um corte simples, 0 e 1,5, a coisa mais rara é um atendimento passar de 1h o que caso chegasse a esse tempo atrasaria o fechamento em apenas 10min. e mesmo eu falando que precisa dos serviços me foi negado. Essa foi minha experiência em seu estabelecimento.

I went to the barbershop and arrived at 6:10 pm, I went in and the barber was sitting using her cell phone, she didn't express any reaction, so I greeted her and she barely took her eyes off the phone, I waited for a question like can I help you and nothing so I asked if I could cut my hair, when I sat down she went out to get something and when she came back she asked if it would just be hair or beard too and I said it would be both, then I was informed that I couldn't have both services because they would close at 7pm, I questioned which on the website was at 7:45 pm and she told me that I could only do one of the two or that she would come back the next day so I stated that I needed both services to go to work the next day and I had to refuse only one service I took a Uber and went to another establishment.
I shave and shave weekly and I've already had the opportunity to visit several barbershops, from the cheapest to the most expensive, I use a simple cut, 0 and 1.5, the rarest thing is for a service to go beyond 1 hour, what if it reached that time would delay closing by just 10min. and even though I said that I need the services, I was denied. That was my experience at your establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corte horrível,pedi um dregade mais o cabeleireiro não soube fazer fez um corte com o mesmo número,em cima fez disfarce de um lado e de outro nao,entro quase dois centímetros na hora de fazer um pezinho de um lado,e nem usou a gilete pra da o acabamento.foi meu primeiro corte no salão nunca mais eu volto nem se me pagaram pra cortar com vcs.so não dou 0 de avaliação pq não tem essa opção,só pra constar não me enganei de barbearia passei foi aí mesmo.
Horrible cut, I asked for a dregade, but the hairdresser couldn't do it, he made a cut with the same number, on top he made a disguise on one side and on the other he didn't, I get almost two centimeters when doing a little foot on one side, and he didn't even use the razor to give the finish.was my first cut in the salon I'll never come back, not even if they paid me to cut with you.so I don't give a 0 rating because I don't have this option, just for the record I wasn't mistaken about the barbershop I went right there.
