THE COMPANY HAS A BAD SALES SERVICE STAFF DO NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, I HAVE A REQUEST THERE IS 4 MONTHS
THEY SHOULD AT LEAST ONE ANSWER.

Liguei várias vezes para o único telefone de contato - (21) 2426-0578 - e ninguém atende. Se a empresa não está trabalhando na quarentena, não deveria aceitar pedidos!!!
I placed an order on the website on 07/14 (no. 12,112) and 20 days later the website shows that it is in preparation. I sent an email on 07/29 to [email protected] but got no response. I called the only contact phone several times - (21) 2426-0578 - and no one answers. If the company is not working in the quarantine, it should not accept orders !!!
