★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente um salão descolado onde os colaboradores estão longe de ter profissionalismo, perícia e técnica para corte de cabelo.
Em minha primeira a experiência ontem, com o colaborador Bruno, fui vítima de um corte que estragou o meu cabelo e totalmente destoante do que eu solicitei, impressão que tive é que só sabem cortar no estilo franquia, qualquer pedido fora do padrão não possuem repertório para tal.
O ápice foi ver um dos colaboradores retirar uma garrafa que parecia de cachaça artesanal da geladeira onde concentram as cervejas que são vendidas no estabelecimento, e não bastasse oferecer para os clientes, "tomou duas doses" durante meu tempo de permanecia no local, cortar cabelo e fazer barba embriago é a nova moda galera.
Se possível, passem longe desse estabelecimento.

In my first experience yesterday, with the collaborator Bruno, I was the victim of a cut that ruined my hair and totally different from what I requested, the impression I had is that they only know how to cut in the franchise style, any non-standard order does not have a repertoire for such.
The highlight was seeing one of the employees remove a bottle that looked like artisanal cachaça from the refrigerator where the beers that are sold in the establishment are concentrated, and it was not enough to offer it to customers, "he took two shots" during my time of staying at the place, cutting hair and shaving beard is the new fashion guys.
If possible, stay away from that establishment.

Agora Sr. Paulo me desculpe se você viu que não estava saindo como queria porque não avisou.. e outra ninguém é perfeito pessoas erram e quem nunca errou na vida. Um pena ter errado com você, dê uma nova chance porque capacidade ele tem me desculpe.

Não quis comentar com o profissional que me atendeu… mas sou profissional de cabelo masculino a muuuito tempo. Trabalho com masculino a quase 30
Anos.
Vou deixar algumas dicas pro pessoal.
1- esqueçam esse negócio de atender o cliente com a cadeira virada pro espelho. Principalmente clientes novos. Eu que já sou da área fiquei muuuito apreensivo eu não ver o que estava sendo feito.
2- o barbeiro utilizou gilete sem trocar a mesma. O cliente precisa ter segurança com essa coisas. Principalmente em tempos de pandemia. Precisa ser trocada na frente do cliente.
3- mostrei uma referência, bem próxima do meu tipo de cabelo e rosto. O resultado foi DESASTROSO. DESASTROSO. Sai “escalpelado” da barbearia.
O barbeiro até que se esforçou… mais enfim… é isso.
Não pretendo voltar. Porém ficam as dicas.

Years.
I'll leave some tips for everyone.
1- forget about serving the customer with the chair facing the mirror. Mainly new customers. Since I'm from the area, I was sooo apprehensive that I didn't see what was being done.
2- the barber used a razor blade without changing it. The customer needs to be safe with these things. Especially in times of pandemic. It needs to be changed in front of the customer.
3- I showed a reference, very close to my hair type and face. The result was DISASTER. DISASTROUS. He comes out “scalped” from the barbershop.
The barber even struggled… more finally… that's it.
I don't intend to go back. But the tips remain.
