so the right moment in checkout would have been when you asked me if I was satisfied. I clearly said no. Except for me, the bill for a miserable haircut that took less than 5 minutes to get right nothing came

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava receosa de ir por ser mulher mas os funcionários foram gentis. Marquei um horário para ser atendida no mesmo dia que encontrei o local. A fila de atendimento não era longa e o mais importante não havia aglomeração....o atendente falava o horário e vc só precisava voltar quando era sua hora ou eles te ligam se ficar livre mais cedo
O moço que me atendeu foi super atencioso e tinha mãos bem leves pra fazer o corte
Corte usando apenas máquina é 50 reais, os demais são acima
I was afraid to go because I was a woman but the staff were kind. I made an appointment to be seen the same day I found the place. The service queue was not long and most importantly there was no agglomeration....the attendant told the time and you just had to come back when it was your time or they would call you if you are free early
The guy who helped me was super attentive and had very light hands to make the cut.
Cut using only machine is 50 reais, the others are above

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava urgentemente cortar o cabelo para retornar pro serviço e não tive opção a não ser ir nesse péssimo estabelecimento. Cobrando 80 reais para fazer o corte normal e o funcionário fez com má vontade em menos de 10 minutos algo que costuma demorar. Obviamente ficou ruim, mal feito e ao reclamar fui tratado com indiferença.
I urgently needed a haircut to return to work and I had no option but to go to this terrible establishment. Charging 80 reais to do the normal cut and the employee grudgingly did something that usually takes less than 10 minutes. Obviously it was bad, poorly made and when I complained I was treated with indifference.

Eu explicitamente disse que queria o corte à máquina, o corte de 50 reais e na hora de pagar fui cobrado 80. Paguei e reclamei com a pessoa do caixa, que nada fez a respeito, nem um pedido de desculpas. Na primeira vez que fui, fiz exatamente o mesmo corte e fui cobrado corretamente, paguei 50 reais.
The first time my experience was very good, technically they are good. The second time around, what bothered me was the lack of clarity and honesty. I explicitly said that I wanted the machine cut, the 50 reais cut and when I paid I was charged 80. I paid and complained to the cashier, who did nothing about it, not even an apology. The first time I went, I made the exact same cut and was charged correctly, I paid 50 reais.
