★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive problema com a maquinha da rede, levei na loja e a Débora ligou na operadora, fez todo o processo que a atendente mandou e depois de quase 1 HORA a operadora pediu para aguardar 24 horas, a Débora ficou revoltada e mandou eu trocar de maquinha e depois de 1 semana insistindo para eu trocar, eu aceitei, peguei a maquininha de outra financeira ela fez todo o processo, colocou o aplicativo no meu celular, cadastrou os meu documento para poder pagar contas pelo aplicativo e assim depois que eu mudei a maquinha nunca mais tive problemas com o sinal. Ótimo lugar para resolver qualquer problemas.
I had a problem with the network machine, I took it to the store and Débora called the operator, did the whole process that the attendant sent and after almost 1 HOUR the operator asked to wait 24 hours, Débora was disgusted and told me to change and after 1 week insisting that I change it, I accepted, I took the machine from another financial company, she did the whole process, put the application on my cell phone, registered my documents to be able to pay bills for the application and so after I changed the never again had problems with the signal. Great place to solve any problems.
