★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns dias pedi um espaguete pequeno pra viagem - R$24,00. Pelo valor, que considerei alto pra uma porção pequena, pensei que valeria a pena pela qualidade. O atendimento foi bom, de início. A espera estimada de 30 minutos passou dos 40 (e não estava lotado). Recebi o lanche e fui embora. Já em casa, tirei a tampa e vi um espaguete com uma aparência bem ruim (e olha que não sou fresco com lanche). O que parecia ser queijo, estava qualhado no molho ralo em meio ao macarrão. Queijo gratinado? Nunca vi. Uma salsicha inteira no meio de tudo e um pouco de carne moída com pouquíssimo tempero era o que acompanhava o macarrão e NADA MAIS. Dei duas garfadas e só. Dinheiro jogado no lixo, literalmente. Como moro em outro bairro, nem valeria a pena voltar pra reclamar e pedir reembolso. Enfim, não sei se é essa a qualidade que costumam entregar sempre ou se fui infeliz e peguei-os num dia ruim. Esperava um pouco mais dada a localização da lanchonete e da estrutura que apresenta. Mas, com certeza foi uma péssima primeira (e, talvez, última) experiência neste local.
A few days ago I ordered a small spaghetti to go - R$24.00. For the price, which I considered high for a small portion, I thought it would be worth it for the quality. The service was good at first. The estimated 30 minute wait was over 40 (and it wasn't crowded). I got the lunch and left. At home, I took the lid off and saw a spaghetti that looked pretty bad (and I'm not fresh with a snack). What looked like cheese was smothered in the thin sauce in the middle of the macaroni. Cheese gratin? I've never seen. A whole sausage in the middle of everything and a little ground beef with very little seasoning was what accompanied the pasta and NOTHING ELSE. I took two bites and that was it. Money thrown in the trash, literally. As I live in another neighborhood, it wouldn't even be worth going back to complain and ask for a refund. Anyway, I don't know if this is the quality they usually deliver or if I was unhappy and caught them on a bad day. I expected a little more given the location of the cafeteria and the structure it presents. But it sure was a bad first (and maybe last) experience at this location.
