★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um imovel alugado, com esta imobiliaria, há alguns meses, mart desde o comeco percebi uma certa morosidade, por parte dos funcionarios, mas decidi continuar pela minha comodidade de ser bem perto de minnha residencia, o combinado no contrato, seria o reembolso em ate 05 dias, apos o pagamento da inquilina , em fim para resumir, eles sempre fazem o deposito em cheque( veja so, ainda demora mais 02 dias pra compensar)
Os funcionarios nao te dao retorno,
E neste momento ainda nao recebi o reembolso, nove dias depoid da inquilina realizar o pagamento!!!
Nao recomendo!!!!!
