★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofá todo com defeito espuma afundando e péssimo atendimento, vendedor manda falar com o dono que manda falar com a fabrica que faz o laudo e manda resolver com o dono e vendedor, 1 ano nessa luta sem fim com 2 sofás de 2 metros cada.

Não comprem... são ótimos vendedores, porém o trabalho prometido n é entregue.
Comprei um sofá pelo watsap e me entregaram outro e com defeitooooo... estou a mais de um mês tentando resolver o concerto e eles sempre me passam p outra pessoa , nesse jogo de passa a responsabilidade de um p outro, eu já falei com mais de cinco funcionários e nenhum se responsabiliza, sempre dizendo q um outro funcionário está responsável e assim eles fazem o jogo de irresponsabilidade. Eu já liguei em vários números!!!! E mandei muitas msg via watsap e não consigo ninguém q resolva. Péssima empresa, agem de má fé. Agora vou ao procon pq tentei de todas as formas q concertassem o sofá e eles preferem agir assim. Lamento...

I already called in several numbers !!!! And I sent many msg via watsap and I can't get anyone to resolve it. Bad company, they act in bad faith. Now I go to the procon because I tried all the ways to fix the sofa and they prefer to act like that. Am sorry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção, comprei um sofá com o vendedor Rodrigo, via watspp. O mesmo antes de fechar a venda super solicito, gentil. Na compra ele me oferecia um sofá acompanhando de duas almofadas, fechei e cumprir minha parte. No dia da entrega chegou somente sofá sem as aomofadas, questionei os entregadores os mesmo me pediu pra entrar em contato com Rodrigo. Entrei, ele me falou que estava enviando, se passou algumas semanas não recebi, voltei entrar em contato. O mesmo não me respondia, nem me entregava. Como eu havia indicado ele no meu condômino, falei que iria da feedback do pós venda ! Ele me respondeu dizendo que estava no caminhão pra entrega. Faz semanas e não recebir. Ou seja, eles não tem respeito pelo cliente, eu fiz minha parte, cumprir minha parte do acordo. Não indico, pós venda péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, comprei uma cama bi partida pelo shoptime, justamente por questões logísticas e já havia um prazo de entrega elevado (cerca de 20 dias). Na véspera da data limite de entrega minha namorada entrou em contato e informaram que não havia cama bi partida em estoque e que poderiam fazer a troca por uma normal, senão que teria que esperar mais 10 dias a mais para ser entregue (além dos 20 já estipulados), e só tivemos esse informação pq fomos atrás, não houve proatividade da loja de avisar dessa mudança, péssimo atendimento.
