★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a reforma alguns anos atrás a qualidade do hambúrguer e o atendimento melhoraram muito porém com o passar dos anos vem caindo e caindo muito.
Como morador do bairro e teimoso ainda dava algumas chances para o local mas hoje foi a gota d'água.
Pedi um x salada e quando o lanche chegou para minha surpresa o hambúrguer parecia uma almôndega e o gosto estava horrível.
Barello se fechar não fará falta alguma ao bairro, tenhos várias hamburguerias muito melhores na região, até mesmo o Mcdonald's!

eu realmente tentei experimentar coisas diferentes as 4 vezes que fui, mas em todas sinto que gastei dinheiro e sai muito decepcionado.
O ambiente é bom, gosto da simplicidade e bom gosto que foi colocado na decoração.
acho os funcionários bem educados e atenciosos, mesmo se erram algo são prontamente ávidos a resolver com bom humor e educação.
no entanto eu realmente me decepciono com a qualidade da refeição e o preço exigido por ela.
para uma hamburgeria, como sugere o nome, a variedade é minúscula, a qualidade inferior ao preço. realmente precisa mudar.
vou deixar um adendo que São Paulo em geral é um tanto FALACIOSA quanto ao preço de hambúrgueres. tem muito paozinho de baixo esforço sendo vendido por mais de 50 reais e menor que 20cm e com a qualidade dos ingredientes bem duvidosa.
Pelo menos no barello fazem com cuidado, mas não é bom...
a batata é excelente e a maionese temperada também(apesar de eu extremamente odiar aqueles copinhos de café que geralmente são servidas, socorro sejam mais generosos. uma porção de fritas não comporta um micro copinho)
acho que resumindo, barello tem cautela, qualidade em tudo, exceto na refeição... precisa de uma reinvenção e melhores ingredientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After renovations the place is much more easygoing and relaxed. Customers order on the counter and pay, waiting at the table for the call to pick up the meal at the counter's windows.
The only improvement to be made is the mayonnaise container (too light and moves a lot when using a spoon or fries to dip) and the chocolate milkshake that is a lot better at the other store a few meters away
