Great clinic and Dr. Sonia is very professional. Delays always happen but I find it normal due to the quantity and quality of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de esperar por uma primeira consulta durante uma hora, a secretária me disse que não poderia me dizer a que horas eu seria atendida. Perguntei se esse atraso costumava ocorrer e a resposta foi que a médica "às vezes se atrasa...".
Total falta de respeito.
After waiting for an initial appointment for an hour, the secretary told me that she could not tell me what time I would be attended. I asked if this delay used to occur and the answer was that the doctor "sometimes is late ...".
Total lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 6 anos como paciente, nunca fui atendida no horário marcado. A clínica em si é excelente, mas completamente incapaz de cumprir com o horário de atendimento. Sempre pelo menos 1 hora de atraso.
In 6 years as a patient, I was never seen at the scheduled time. The clinic itself is excellent, but completely unable to meet the office hours. Always at least 1 hour late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Dra. Roberta Fernandes (Gineco/Obstetra) nunca está disponível para atender as consultas agendadas. Marquei 2 vezes em Dezembro/2020 pq teve parto... agora só tinha agenda para Janeiro/2021. Quando chegou no dia 21/01 ela mandou msg as 06 da manhã cancelando. As 09h a secretaria entrou em contato pedindo para ligar para a clinica, mas agora só teria vaga para 03 de Março/2021, ou seja, não tem consideração de organizar e agendar quem estava tentando desde Dezembro. Eu não sei se ela é tão boa assim, sei q está sempre lotada e não consegue se organizar no sentindo de dar prioridade a quem já foi remarcado 3 vezes! Corre dela! Imagina, seu filho começar a nascer no dia que ela já tem outros partos! - Meu caso seria consulta obstétrica, início da gravidez, particular (R$ 350 a consulta) e faria o parto pela Perinatal. -- (detalhe, quando liguei para verificar sobre agendamento, estava marcado q eu faria pelo plano... foi erro de quem agendou, estou fazendo tudo particular)
Lousy experience! Dr. Roberta Fernandes (Gineco / Obstetra) is never available to attend scheduled appointments. I booked 2 times in December / 2020 because I had a baby ... now I only had an agenda for January / 2021. When she arrived on 01/21 she sent a message at 6 am canceling. At 9 am the secretary got in touch asking to call the clinic, but now she would only have a vacancy for March 3, 2021, that is, she has no consideration of organizing and scheduling who was trying since December. I do not know if it is that good, I know that it is always crowded and cannot organize in the sense of giving priority to those who have already been rescheduled 3 times! Run from her! Imagine, your child starts to be born on the day that she already has other births! - My case would be obstetric consultation, early pregnancy, private (R $ 350 per consultation) and I would deliver by Perinatal. - (detail, when I called to check about scheduling, it was marked that I would do it by the plan ... it was the mistake of whoever scheduled it, I'm doing everything privately)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente. Agendei com a Dra Roberta, pelo call center da clínica, uma consulta para o dia 12/05/2021, minha primeira consulta de pré natal. Já estava no uber em direção a clínica quando me ligaram cancelando a consulta, tendo em vista um parto de emergência que a Dra Roberta iria realizar. No mesmo dia, a clínica me ligou pedindo desculpa e remarcando para o dia 20 de maio. No dia da consulta, a clínica mais uma vez me liga informando que a Dra Roberta não atenderia pois estava na Perinatal. Já tinha vista um comentário da médica pelo google mas resolvi da um voto de confiança. Agora percebi a total falta de respeito da clínica e da médica com seus pacientes
Lack of respect for the customer. I scheduled with Dr. Roberta, through the clinic's call center, an appointment for 05/12/2021, my first prenatal consultation. I was already at the uber in the direction of the clinic when they called me canceling the appointment, in view of an emergency delivery that Dr. Roberta was going to perform. On the same day, the clinic called me apologizing and rescheduling for May 20th. On the day of the consultation, the clinic once again calls me informing me that Dr. Roberta would not answer because she was at Perinatal. I had already seen a comment from the doctor on google but I decided to cast a vote of confidence. Now I realized the total lack of respect of the clinic and the doctor with their patients
