★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilidade dos profissionais são péssimas , nunca tem agenda , informam o dia q supostamente abre as agendas e vc liga e em dois dias não tem mais horário e vc tem q aguardar mais trinta dias , um absurdo ! Ao invés de contratar mais profissionais para dar conta da demanda de pacientes eles preferem te deixar esperando 30 dias para vc tentar conseguir um horário e ainda corre o risco de não conseguir !
 Availability of professionals is terrible, they never have an agenda, they inform the day that supposedly opens the agendas and you call and in two days there is no more time and you have to wait another thirty days, absurd! Instead of hiring more professionals to handle the demand of patients, they prefer to keep you waiting 30 days for you to try to get an appointment and you still run the risk of not being able to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é demorado, funcionários não são solícitos com suas dúvidas e necessidades, sempre com má vontade e respondendo como se tivessem nos prestando "favor", os médicos atendem muito rapidamente, sem realizar o mínimo exame físico, até o momento já passei por 5 especialidades diferentes só obtive um bom atendimento da Dr Nauara, de resto muita grosseira (de um cardiologista e uma ginecologista que são recorrentes em reclamações do tipo), evito ao máximo ter que ir lá, mas é o que o plano empresarial me oferece nesse bairro. ??
The service is slow, employees are not helpful with your doubts and needs, always with a bad will and answering as if they were doing us a "favor", the doctors answer very quickly, without performing the slightest physical examination, so far I have been through 5 different specialties, I only got good care from Dr Nauara, otherwise very rude (from a cardiologist and a gynecologist who are recurrent in complaints of this type), I avoid having to go there as much as possible, but that's what the business plan offers me in this neighborhood . ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar até agora. Fui 2 vezes, achei o local organizado,pouco tempo de espera, boa estrutura ,com estacionamento e banheiros limpos. Fui atendida pelo doutor Rubens, ginecologista, que impediu que eu fizesse uma cirurgia desnecessária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico, impossível de se conseguir. Presencialmente, equipe de recepção péssima num geral, mal informados, não atendem bem. Arrependimento imediato em ter contratado esse plano, não recomendo o Memorial Saúde a ninguém, louca para acabar o tempo e mudar de imediato. O barato saí muitooooo caro.
Telephone service, impossible to get. In person, poor reception staff in general, poorly informed, do not serve well. Immediate regret for having hired this plan, I do not recommend Memorial Saúde to anyone, desperate to run out of time and change immediately. The cheap turned out to be very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fazem mais de 4 dias que tento entrar em contato para marcar consulta e não consigo, simplesmente não atendem, ja tentei em todos os horários possíveis, isso é um absurdo, quando ligamos para a administração, dizem que não há nenhuma reclamação sobre inatividade do telefone, será que eu teria a necessidade de mentir sobre isso?
Pagamos esse plano e o atendimento é da pior qualidade!
It's been more than 4 days that I've been trying to get in touch to make an appointment and I can't, they just don't answer, I've tried at all possible times, this is absurd, when we call the administration, they say there is no complaint about inactivity of the phone, would I need to lie about it?
We paid for this plan and the service is of the worst quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital conta com boa equipe médica, mas a parte da recepção é péssima. Nossa que lugar térreo, apenas 3 atendentes para muita gente na fila de espera. No terceiro andar, a recepção gasta mais tempo no zap do que atendendo.
The hospital has good medical staff, but the reception part is terrible. Wow, what a ground floor place, only 3 attendants for a lot of people in the queue. On the third floor, reception spends more time on zap than answering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que eu tento ligar pra marcar uma consulta minha ligação é encerrada sem me atenderem. A mesma coisa com a minha mãe. Não aconteceu uma nem duas vezes. É um sacrifício pra agendar alguma coisa e se for dia de sábado se prepare pra levar um chá de cadeira porque a recepção fica lotada com poucos atendentes. Sem contar que vc marca horário e é atendido 1h depois pra uma consulta que às vezes leva menos de 10 minutos. Não é a toa que a classificação é tão baixa.
Every time I try to call to make an appointment, my call ends without being answered. Same thing with my mother. It didn't happen once or twice. It's a sacrifice to schedule something and if it's a Saturday, get ready to take a highchair tea because the reception is crowded with few attendants. Not to mention that you make an appointment and are seen 1 hour later for an appointment that sometimes takes less than 10 minutes. No wonder the rating is so low.
