I had no experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am. The time was 11:30 and there were still 2 people in front of me. Lack of total respect! I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro atendimento e já foi péssimo! Compromisso com horário passa longe deste lugar! Chego ao local às 10h50 para consulta marcada às 11h. A atendente até que foi simpática, porém em nenhum instante me foi dito o motivo do atraso. Às 11h35 fui embora para não ter que ser desairoso.
My first appointment and it was already terrible! Commitment to schedule goes far from this place! I arrive at the place at 10:50 am for an appointment at 11 am. The attendant was kind enough, but I was never told the reason for the delay. At 11:35 am I left so as not to be embarrassed.
