Agendei 2x para ir ao Luau e nos 2 dias foram cancelados. Pedi para avisarem a data do próximo.
No dia seguinte realizaram o evento e não avisaram.
2 dias depois durante o passeio no rio, visitamos o local e mal fomos atendidos. Tentei conversar sobre o ocorrido, e fui mais uma vez ignorado.
Unfortunately my experience was not nice.
I booked 2x to go to Luau and the 2 days were canceled. I asked to notify the date of the next one.
The next day they held the event and did not warn.
2 days later during the river tour, we visited the place and were barely attended. I tried to talk about what happened, and was again ignored.
