★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente esse Barracor tem deixado muito a desejar, dos atendentes aos profissionais de consultas, qualidade caindo muito não recomendo nem pra fazer um eletro.
 Really this Barracor has left a lot to be desired, from the attendants to the consultation professionals, quality dropping a lot I don't even recommend it to make an electro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devia ter confiado nos outros comentários mas arrisquei para ver. Eles confirmam a consulta 1 dia antes mas cancelam minutos antes da consulta, alegando erro no sistema do convênio. Nem remarcam, esse papel fica pro paciente que precisa entrar em contato com um número pra conseguir outra consulta. Marquei para o meu pai devido aos elogios relacionados aos médicos mas infelizmente estes também sofrem devido à má organização do lugar.
I should have trusted the other reviews but ventured to see. They confirm the appointment 1 day before but cancel minutes before the appointment, alleging an error in the health insurance system. They don't even reschedule, this role is for the patient who needs to get in touch with a number to get another appointment. I booked my father due to the praise related to the doctors but unfortunately they also suffer due to the poor organization of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasam. Recepção e coordenação extremamente mal educadas. Atendimento da recepção muito ruim e sem consideração e respeito algum pelos pacientes. Não indico esse local para exame em hipótese alguma. A sra Leila coordenadora da unidade e a recepcionista Debora, são incapazes de avisar sobre atrasos e de resolver problemas com os pacientes. Mostrando um comportamento exaltado e muito mal educado ao responderem quanto aos atrasos. Fujam desse lugar. Façam exame em qualquer outro local menos nesse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clínica e corpo médico! Acredito que atrasos ocorrem em qualquer clínica e até mesmo por parte de nós pacientes. Então em um contexto geral, a clínica oferece uma ótima parte médica tanto nas consultas quanto nos exames. As recepcionistas com agilidade nas autorizações e no preparo de exames também. Realizamos consultas e já saímos com exames marcados e muitas das vezes conseguimos no mesmo dia, otimizando muito o tempo! Indico e recomendo!
Great clinic and medical staff! I believe that delays occur in any clinic and even on the part of us patients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica para atendimento médico para mim e minha mãe, adorei o fato que já realizar um exame prévio antes mesmo de entrar no médico. Recepcionistas atenciosas e na saída já deixaram nossos exames marcados. Primeira vez aqui e já tendo uma ótima primeira impressão!!!
I was at the clinic for medical care for my mother and me, I loved the fact that I already had a previous exam even before going to the doctor. Attentive receptionists and on departure have already scheduled our exams. First time here and already having a great first impression!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gestão de resultados de exames, liguei mais de 4x pra clinica solicitando o resultado do meu exame. As atendentes sempre dizendo que irão pedir prioridade para enviar o exame e nunca enviam, até o momento estou sem ter o resultado do meu exame. Perdi minha consulta de dezembro com meu médico cardiologista pelo simples fato de não terem enviado ainda o resultado que já está pronto a mais de 5 dias a partir da data em que finalizei o exame. Péssimo retorno de atendimento.
Bad management of test results, I called the clinic more than 4 times requesting the result of my test. The attendants always say that they will ask for priority to send the exam and never send it, so far I don't have the result of my exam. I missed my December appointment with my cardiologist simply because they hadn't sent the result, which is ready for more than 5 days from the date I finished the exam. Terrible service return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam informar que não precisa chegar antes! Qualquer lugar que você irá fazer exame, você chega uns 15min antes pra fazer o cadastro, passar o convênio! Cheguei antes, toquei campainha, bati na porta, nada! Aí uma funcionária chegou, deve ser a recepcionista, entrou, e falou já vamos abrir, e fechou a porta na minha cara, nem pra perguntar se quero entrar e sentar pra esperar, só abrem a porta as 8h, problema é seu, fica você em pé no corredor esperando! Nossa primeira e última vez que faço exame nesse lugar! Imagina se é uma pessoa de idade, ou alguém com dificuldade de locomoção! Nunca vi isso na minha vida! Péssimo atendimento!
